I am a mother of 6 adult children, Grandmother of 17 and Great-Grandmother of 4. In Jan 2009 I lost my husband (my best friend) to a battle with lung cancer. I enjoy genealogy, and visiting cemeteries for photo requests. I live in LaGrange County, Indiana. My ancestors include: Cripe, Lohrei, Zook, Yoder, Hartsough, Tully, Saggars, and Fickwiler. My husband's ancestors include: Turner, Houser, Parker, Zimmerman, Troyer, and Hostetler.|

|Janet Nelson||Pauline Hawley|
Shall I transfer management of Pauline Hawley's grave to you? Her no. is 127433125.
|Janet Nelson||Pauline Hawley|
The cemetery location for the grave of Pauline Hawley is Garden of the Commandants, Sect. 852, space 2. But the name on the marker is Pauline Schmiedeke with the date of 1909-2004. Shall I upload the photo?
|Janice Knisely||Diane Houser|
I have added Diane to David Houser grave.

Thanks! My wife took that picture last football season at a Slater Center pre-game. Assume that you are a Purdue fan also.
Hi... I added the info that you gave me on the Whitesell's. Also, wanted to let you know that the records that I got the information from on the unmarked graves, has been proven wrong many times. Apparently, when the record was written, many graves were unmarked. But, in my own personal family members in that cemetery, many of them were marked "unmarked graves." But then I did a photo request & many of them had had markers placed on them since the writing of the records. So, you should do a photo request for your loved ones there & see if it brings a different result. :O)
Happy New Year!
Yes, I'm related. Would appreciate the transfer. Thanks

|Harley Morris||English Prarie Cemetery|
Hello my fellow bone chaser/tree shaker/family enthuisist. I have been down to your area before and to the English Prarie Cemetery as well, what I was wondering is if you know if that is an old amish or mennonite cemetery as I know that my great great grandmother was Susanna Beery b.1847 d. 1914 m. to Lewis Joseph Morris. Anyhow before I clog up your message box with out asking a question. LOL Im seeking a "Fisher Book" would you know where to find one or how to contact the person in charge of the cemetery itsself there in Brighton. Im wondering how amish I may be not that Im giving up camera/motorcycle/anything else. LOL Thank you in advance.

I want to thank you for the nice gravestone photos. I guess I forgot to add the cemetery name to Omar's memorial, or it was just one of those long nights on the CP.
Thanks for bring it to my attention. I have add the cemetery to his memorial.
