Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have spent several years working on my husbands and my family trees, and found that there are so many wonderful people willing to help. I thought that maybe I could help others in their search too.
Sometimes important information is found on headstones and cemetery records that helps trace your roots. I am happy to share and pass on any photos and information I collect. Feel free to use any photos I take for your own personal use. Family names my cousin Nancy and I are researching are: Krebs, Willihnganz, Dawson, Jones and Smith (from Maryland and Illinois),Hauber, Burlingame, Hahn and Kummerow.
On my husbands side, Epping, Burrows, Shaw, LaVenture, Reddick, and Batson.

Matilda Smith
Hi Lisa,

I too am looking up my family tree. Matilda Smith was my Great great great great grandma. My own Grandma could trace our tree back to Matilda, but could never get past her. So I was extra determined to find her family. I found a great website on Carroll County Illinois and that has provided a plethora of info for me! However no physical link to siblings or parents... until I cam across Frisbey's headstone! I found it and my Grandma is going to be thrilled!! I now know her parents and siblings names, as well her Mom's maiden name :) If you have anything further on this please get in touch with me somehow. I'd really love it.

Kemp Cemetery
I cannot believe how great this cemetery looks since I took the first pictures!! It is wonderful that someone stepped up and rescued it! Did you happen to take new pictures of the headstones? The ones I had taken were not that good due to light and the condition of the cemetery. If you have taken better ones, I will remove my bad pictures.

RE: Ezra and Eliza Blessing Jones
Im not related to Esra and Eliza Blessing Jones, at least not directly, I am just documenting the Cemetery that they are interred in. but It seems pretty obvious that they named their children after their siblings and family. since Martha was named after your Martha E Jones sister of Esra.

Best regards in your searches

RE: Leah Adams Wentzel
Leah is my 3rd Great Grandmother. In the beginning I spelt her last name as Adam. Somewhere along the line I changed it to Adams and I don't know why. Probably found her referenced that way in a book. Today I looked at her father's ad grandfather's will. Their last names are spelt Adam. So I will change all of their last names to Adam. All of my info I have is at I will send you an invite to view my tree. You don't have to have a membership or anything you will be my guest. I have seen your e-mail address over the years so we have been barking up the same trees. Good to talk to a cousin.
