Researching for over 20 years. Happy to fix any errors or problem postings! May take me awhile to research the information before making changes|
Transfers - FAG TRANSFER POLICY:
How do I get a relative's memorial transferred to me?
First, Determine if you really need the memorial transferred to you for management. Transferring of management should only be requested If you have extensive changes to make to a memorial. You can add photos and suggest corrections without having to request management. Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request. With hundreds of thousands of contributors, we have many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all contributors to manage their entire tree.
Will transfer parents, grandparents, grgrandparents and grgrgrandparents

I would appreciate it so much if you would transfer my uncle Joe to me. I have lots of info to add and pictures. It would mean a lot to me and my family.
Thank you so much.

Unless you have confirmed info, I have to disagree that he, his wife Daughter Ida and her husband Adolphus hope are buried in the Pearl cemetery. My brother was at the ranch where the Hope cemetery is about 20 years ago and the old gentleman there pointed out exactly where Joshua, Mary, Ida and Adolphus were buried. This also matches the area my father point out to me along about the same time. Joshua was my great grandmother, Sanford Gibbs Robinson Lankford. Adolphus was a Hope.

This is my grandmother on my Mothers side. I wanted you to know that my Mother Beulah Ann West (Estes) passed away on February 20, 2005. So that you could update your data base. Thank you for the website , it has brought and given so much information to my brother Robert Sean Estes and my self . We have had so many questions about our family, which was a huge family but strangely we were no it aware of allot of them. Thank you !!!

I looked in my family tree and back when they were in Wales there was a Roger Reese b. 1716 who was born in Wales but I have nothing else for him. So that may be a possible connection. His parents were Rev. David Ap Rees (Reese) II & Maude Owens who are my 7th Great-Grandparents. David's father was Sir David Ap Rees I Prince of South Wales. So if you ever find a connection to this please let me know because that means that they are related to me and the other branch that also settled in Independence County and Searcy County, Arkansas. Let me know if you ever find anything.

Hey if you can find a connection with this Reece family and the descendants of the Reese, Rees, Reece in MC that I am a descendant of please let me know. If they connect to the Reece branch of my tree that settled in Baxter County and Searcy Co., AR let me know because I am related to them. Please let me know. Thanks for all your hard work on the Starr family.

Yes I see the duplicates but they have different death dates. With a name like Lowery I wonder if there could be 2? But then most of the family is buried at Springport. Wonder if you are related , too? Do you have any more info? Jan

I checked all the on-line cemetery transcripts I know of for Hagerman Cemetery and couldn't find her. Although the Hagerman Cemetery and Hagerman Masonic Cemetery are side-by-side, a lot of the transcripts don't show the Masonic burials. That could be because they are administered separately, but I'm not sure. I'm also unsure whether the transcripts were compiled from records or from merely "walking the cemetery." I don't live in Hagerman. I'm mainly familiar with it due to the fact many of my in-laws are buried there. There are a few places you might try:
1. There is a Hagerman Historical Society because I've read some of their publications but I was unable to find contact info for them. There is also a Historical Museum in Hagerman but I have never been able to find it open and I can't find any contact information on the web. It looks like it's under the administration of the Town of Hagerman. You might try contacting Town Hall, 209 E Argyle Ave, PO Box 247, Hagerman, NM 88232, phone (575) 752-3204, email@example.com. Website: http://www.townofhagerman.com/town-resources/hagerman-historical-museum.
2. If that doesn't work, you might try the Historical Society for Southeast New Mexico, located at 200 N. Lea, Roswell, New Mexico, (575) 622-8333. Office hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Website: http://hssnm.net/web/.
3. Another resource is the Wilson-Cobb History and Genealogy Research Library, 301 S. Richardson, PO Box 1216, Roswell, New Mexico, 88202-1216, (575) 622-3322, firstname.lastname@example.org. Library hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Website: http://www.wilsoncobb.org/.
Good luck! If you find out where she's buried, let me know and I'll try my best to get a photo for you.
