|Mary Boehnlein||peter comstock|
We are researching the grave of Peter comstock, Revolutionary soldier which you posted on find a Grave. Can you tell me where you got your information for this burial. Was there a tombstone still there as shown in the picture? He is not listed on either Grafield Heights or Bedford Historical Society lists of burials there and we do not have him listed there in Independence Townships Cemetery Book which is now under revision-hence my inquiry.
I am also confused as the military cemetery listing on line shows him buried in Connecticut.
further, we have the earliest grave as 1810 but Valley View history states the Comstocks did not settle here until 1812-hence another mystery about the 1810 tombstone.
I would appreciate your source for his grave.

I was hoping you'd be willing to transfer Heinrich L. Benz's #8127134 memorial to me. He is my 3rd great grandfather.

Hi Joyce, I hit the edit button too quickly on one of your entries at Avon Center Cemetery. After checking on Ancestry the original spelling was correct, but the edit was accepted. Please change Sibgy back to Sibcy, which is correct. So sorry. Thank you Carole

|MFC||Erie Street Cemetery|
Do you still do volunteer photography? I see in the past you have taken photos at Erie. I wanted to submit some requests, but did not since the list for that cemetery has over 100 names on it. My 3X GG parents were originally buried there, and am wanting to find out if stones still exist. Based on cemetery records, they reflect pertinent information I would like to document. Their remains were moved to Highland Park in 1915. Also, if stones are still at Erie, I want to request that their memorials located there be marked as cenotaphs.
