Bio and Links
Bio Photo I had worked as a Home Health LPN for 13 years. Worked at Fulton State Hospital for 17 years as a Psychiatric Aide and as Mail Room Supervisor. Later worked as a Homehealth LPN in the field for a few years then in the office. Enjoyed this, especially the patients who were mostly elderly. Enjoyed all my jobs.
I am retired now. Have three children,12 Grandchildren and 2 greatgrandsons, Ryan and Anthony.
Three spoiled dogs who own us, Rocky, a Beagle Mix, Callie, a Chiweinie (Chihauhau and Dachsund mix) and Roscoe who is a Butterball Chiweinie, as big around as he is tall.
I like to walk thru cemetaries and have been doing my family tree, along with two of my sisters, for the last few years.I have three sisters and I am the oldest. My parents are deceased, my father for 33 years and my Mom for 6 years. I really miss her
I enjoy reading, crocheting, embroidering and quilting, especially baby quilts.
I really enjoyed walking through the cemetaries until my arthritis and asthma got worse but am going to try to start again in the fall, I also have allergic asthma so have two things that make it hard.
I think Find a Grave is a wonderful site and believe it is very important and is rewarding. If I have anyone that you would like transfered I will be glad to.
UPDATE: Going to be another great-grandbaby in December, another boy to join his brother, Ryan Nathanel who looks just like his daddy.
The baby is here, born December 6, 2011, a 9LB 9Oz Boy, looks like his Mom. Logan Xzavier Atterberry. So Happy.
Another update: My Granddaughter, Emily, is having a girl later this year, Isabelle first great-granddaughter, also my step-granddaughter, Heather will have a girl in June, Isabella.
Also have a new dog, Boomer, who is my baby. He is a Doxie.

christophers
The Christophers in Wellsville I just transferred has only the info from the Cemetery Book. I did not look for actual dates, middle or maiden names, or connections. I did put the plot number so that may help with the connections. If something does not look right let me know and I will recheck.

Transfers
Do know what you mean about being connected to most of the county. Hunters have been in Montgomery County since 1818. Would not surprise me if you and I are related somehow. I have transferred a few - there are several Chrisophers listed in the Wellsville Cemetery. Will put them on Find A Grave for you, then transfer. Hope you do not want me to go through mine and look at dates for babies ???? Will work on your list this rainy day. Jo Ann

Your memorial #95272433 for Church Fleming
Hi Marsha:

I wanted to give you Samuel Church Fleming's obituary and so I am pasting it to your page for you to add to your memorial for Church Fleming. I sent an edit to you to add Samuel as his first name and in turn making Church his middle name. Anyway, please block and paste the below obituary to the above memorial #, if you like:) Thanks Marsha, Roxanne

Notes for SAMUEL CHURCH FLEMING:
Mokane Missourian, Friday, April 8, 1932, p.1, c.3

SAMUEL CHURCH FLEMING DIES
Samuel Church Fleming, 50 years old, died Monday, April 4th, at the County Hospital in Fulton.

Mr. Fleming was a blacksmith and had conducted shops at Holts Summit, Cedar City, Wainwright and Tebbetts. He was a hard worker and a good citizen.

He was a consistent member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist church.

He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Ola Haynes, and three children, Ruby Frances, Roy Harvie and Dorsie Samuel.

Mr. Fleming was born in Callaway County and had spent his entire life here.

The body was laid to rest Tuesday afternoon in the Middle River Cemetery, where funeral services were conducted by Rev. C. E. Robinson, pastor of the Mokane Christian church.
The Missourian extends sympathy to the bereaved.

Quick question...
Hi Marsha,

I noticed you recently left a tribute on the memorial of Richard Lee Stoneburner, Memorial# 31028411. He was my uncle and I am wondering if you knew him or any of his family members?

Thanks,

VegasChris

John D. Cheney #84800178
Marsha:

It's Roxanne. I am adding my 888 pictures that I just finished taking last week from Bull Cemetery and I wanted to let you know that you have the above subject, John D. Cheney #84800178 at the New Bloomfield Cemetery instead of where he really is, which is Bull Cemetery.

Would you please move his memorial to Bull Cemetery where his wife, Hettie is (they share a stone) and their daughter, Ina M. Cheney also is buried.

Thank you, Roxanne M. Weathers
