Bio and Links
Bio Photo I joined Find-A-Grave in March of 2012 I like taking walks and I like taking pictures. Since I am within walking distance of Oak Hill Cemetery, St. Margaret Cemetery, Menasha Cemetery and St. Patrick Cemetery, they were wonderful places to go for walks. I would read the head stones and see the history and often the heart ache of families. When I discovered Find-A-Grave it only made sense to take my camera along to combine activities I was already doing to help others. I do have family buried in Oak Hill and St. Margaret cemetery but now I feel I have even more family there. I have been taking pictures and adding records randomly but am pleased to help others find their families too.

RE: Matie Clara Clark
Interesting. I checked and they both lived at 318 Church St, Neenah in the 1960's for sure, which was a boarding house that she ran. It is where my G Grandfather died. I don't ever recall hearing his name or meeting him. I wish I could ask my dad, but he died in January. My dad has one remaining 1st cousin (younger than me) who grew up in Neenah. I'll check with her.

Thank you Nancy. Your photo is perfect, no need to improve. They were close family.

RE: Brooks Cemetery corrections
I was involved with various projects with the Winnebagoland Genealogical Society. Our projects inspired many other societies to do the same...lol

Thank you for making the corrections! Thank you for all your contributions as well.

Thanks so much for the photos of the Leona Thune gravestone. I always enjoy when a picture of the surrounding area is included.

She's in Saint Margarets. I always think of these as all one cemetery when I have visited, but I see now Find A Grave lists them separately. The main Oak Hill cemetery page on the Find A Grave website makes it sound like they are all linked and listed under one. Thanks for the note, and of course, thanks again for the photo requests you filled for me in the past (the other Schwerins).

Thanks so much Nancy. I would never have found that source on my own.

How terribly sad for the DeBar family.
