|I have been working on my family trees since the early 1990's. In recent years, when time permits, I have been traveling the near cemeteries to photograph and record the burials. |
I do not have my name listed on the volunteer page since I do work and my time for travel is limited. I do, however, check the near cemeteries for photo requests and will fulfill any I can.
I research Delk, Mayfield, Twomey, Cummins and all the various trees extending from them.

Good morning Janet, I have sent the memorial for Mr. Thomas Andrew White over for your management. Feel free to edit his obituary and link him to his wife and help write their story. He is not a relative of mine. I create memorials as part of leaving a person's legacy for others to appreciate. Warmly, Helen

William is buried at The Stand Cemetery and I appreciate your info and picture. By any chance do you know if his wife, Sarah (Sally) Pugh is buried there also? I do not know her birth and death dates. Thanks so much for any info you might find.

Thanks for the information about Anderson (Arch) cemetery. I think I have the same book you are using. So sad that Anderson Bend cemetery didn't make the book!
The people listed in Anderson Bend (with photos) that I don't believe are there are Ida Lee Stephenson Anderson & James Anderson, Dave Miller Sr, and Pauline Anderson Pastore. I photographed the entire cemetery. Those photographs attached to the entries are so tightly cropped it is impossible to determine where they were taken. Ida and James might be in Littlelot because her death certificate says Littlelot.

Do you know if there is a second Anderson cemetery on Swan Creek? Some of the graves listed in this cemetery (with photos) are NOT in the Anderson Bend cemetery. Thanks.

Do you know who entered this cemetery? The map (GPS) information is incorrect. Thanks
|Ron Johnson||RE: Removal of Stand Cemetery Photos|
Of those names you sent(Cummins, Delk, Shelby, Hooten, Anderson, Pugh and Mitchell) there are too many of those names for me to check. Please tell me which names specifically you want me to delete my pictures from. Also Pugh and Mitchell (that had only three names and I could easily check) had no grave pictures from me.
|Ron Johnson||RE: Remove Photo|
Usually, in the case of multiple names on the stone, I prefer to have a picture of the overall stone and then one that's a close-up, as you put up. The reason being that if someone were to visit the cemetery, it would be easier to find. In this case, because of the plants in front of harry's side, it it hard to read as you said. I ask that it remain for the reason stated above, but if you want it gone, I will delete it. If it is kept, I ask that you reupload it and remove the other one so that the picture of the individual name is first, which I feel is a betterto show the stone. (I would suggest downloading it, removing it, then uploading it so you get the same photo - it saves time compared to trying to find it in the folders of pictures - assuming you keep them).
|Peggy and Robert||Elizabeth McNabb Hinson at Sisco|
I am a Niece by marriage to Elizabeth McNabb Hinson, at Sisco Cemetery, How long has it been since you were there, and can I get directions to it, I want to look around and see what I can locate. Thank You and God Blees You for any information You can give Me. The Wanda Emler that requested this is not that close kin to her, as Elizabeth was to my deceased Husband.
|TL Martin ||RE: Jessee Grimmett|
The name is frequently spelled incorrectly as I am finding thru extensive research. If you are a member on Ancestry I will be glad to show you my tree and how its spelled on other gravestones. My great grandmother was Lurah Grimmett. There are numerous spellings of this last name dating back from when they were in England.
