Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have lived in the Pacific NW most of my life, I travel and take cemetery pic's when I am able, mostly in OR, WA, ID, & MT. (and now SE Texas)

I am researching these names:
Father's side:
SWEET, WENTZ, STILSON, FULLER, GRAY, HUFF, McCLAIN, and BRIGGS.

Mother's side:
AANERUD, WELL, CUNNINGHAM, WALLER,
PORTER, WALKER, HOUSTON, GREENE,
COUNTISS, MUSICK, FLEENOR, and WEBB.

I don't mind transferring outside of the parameters of FAG, if you are related. Please use the edit tab. To be fair for the others that may be related, I will only transfer one of a couple, (ie Grandparents, GGparents etc.)to a single contributor.

I DO NOT link to virtual memorials.

Walter Mitchell edit
Hi I have entered an edit linking parents to Walter. I am in contact with a 3rd cousin who has a family bible going back to Israel and Hepsey Mitchell the set of ancestors we share. She has date of birth, marriage and death along with a Phily PA address for him. It matches this Walter. If you want copies of the corresponding pages in a pdf I can mail them to you. Neither of myself or my third cousin is directly descended from Walter. My question is how is it that you entered him?

RE: Oak Ridge Cemetery
You are welcome and thank you for the compliment. I took a guess were he might have been buried and checked the military section first.....and that's where he was. I got lucky.

Sheridan is buried next to a Peggy J Green. I thought I sent info to you already but I don't see it, just in case you are looking for her also. I thought maybe she was Sheridans wife.

Thanks so much for sending me a document with her maiden name. I just added it to her memorial. If you find a Bible record, etc., with more names or dates, please send!

Sarah Isabell McGrew Green 1838-??

Thank you for your work here on Find-a-Grave. Your generosity probably extends throughout the genealogy community as well, I am sure.

I find it curious how your work is mainly in Pacific NW and you have created this memorial in Nebraska, but I see that Greene is a surname you are working on, so you must be related.
Sarah's husbands were brothers of my Grt-grt-grandpa John Mordecai Green. John M's son Ephraim followed his uncles to Nemaha county. My Mom & I were at the Glenrock cemetery last winter and were trying to remember who all was buried there. I should have done my homework.

I have never found Sarah's death date, but I wonder if her obituary has a date, although it is a week later. The best estimate I have is that it was after the 1910 census in Peru with granddaughter Fannie. Too bad there is no stone for her or William. Let me know if you have a date or just a guess.

RE: Kenneth Robert Keys memorial
William (Bill) Kenneth Keys is my husband's uncle. I took that photo of the headstone and never found out why it had Kenneth Robert or, for that matter, the census entries either tho at least the Kenneth was partially correct. I was confused for years. William's father, Floyd, lived to be 100 but unfortunately I didn't get the genealogy bug until after he died. My husband's father died young and my mother-in-law had also died before I saw the headstone so my best sources were gone. I have since found the original death certificate (birth 16 Feb 1919) which confirms the name and relationship with Floyd and Etta. I also found newspaper articles about William's death (a suicide that probably actually occurred 12/25/38, the body not being found until January 1939) which is information also supported by family memories (albeit not much discussed). Thus I am certain that the William Kenneth is the correct name. If you feel comfortable with this I would like to see the information changed.

My husband's Clarke family goes back through Martha Clarke Graham (his 3rd gr grandmother) on to Richard & Keziah (Perkins) Clarke. Not an uncommon name but apparently our connection somehow.

Thanks for replying,
Wendy

parents of Dwelly Fuller 97978902
That information was in the cemetery list, so there's no telling, really, what the source was. A few of the lists I used mentioned that sources included "reading" the cemetery, cemetery records, and obituaries, and it seems likely that many others had the same sources, even if they didn't say so.

Fuller Line
I have a book lineage that goes from Edward Fuller, who came to America on the Mayflower, and goes to my husband. Here is the memorial for the author, 163323657. Would this be the Fuller line you are searchin for?
