TRANSFERS!
#1. I regret that I will no longer just hand over the work I have done.
Naturally, I will transfer within guidelines and will transfer outside guidelines in case by case situations. Tell me WHY you want my hard work given to you. And I am perfectly capable of making "extensive" additions or changes.

FROM FIND A GRAVE:
Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request. With hundreds of thousands of contributors, we have many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all contributors to manage their entire tree.
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Explain your relationship in the request! Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer.

John B Hancock
Hello again.

May I ask how you determined that John B Hancock was a son of Charles Hancock. There are more Hancock families in the area.

Your connection is the first time I have had any information on John, and I would like to have some reference other than the cemetery. Is there a stone of any kind for him?

Thank you for all your work.

Charles Hancock
Hello, Thank you for the information on Charles and his family.

You may find another link to him as hew was married first to Susan Vinard, who is also buried at the cemetery. They had at least 3 children.

I have been to the cemetery several years ago. Everyone was very helpful.

Thank you again.

RE: William "Buck" Sparrow
Could one of the cemeteries be a "sub-group" of the other? I am not familiar with the cemetery, but I've seen several with sections of a larger cemetery that are separately named. Usually when a congregation has it's own piece of a cemetery. That may be what's happening here. Thanks for responding so quickly and your attention to detail. Take care!

Verlin Sylvester Martin
I just noticed you have put Randall Martin's tombstone picture on Verlin's memorial. I think you need to take it off. You do have it on Randall's memorial. Just thought you probably made a booboo. lol

RE: Jessie Wilson
Well, we all have made mistakes and helping others and fixing them ourselves is much of what this site is about. It's great you found the other one yourself!
