|Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not want to make the transfer. You may certainly request the transfer of memorials beyond the four generations, but the original contributor may choose not to transfer (the original contributor should make any corrections and add any additional information you have for that memorial, such as links to parents and spouses). Bulk surname requests should not be made. |
Headstone photos that are posted on my contributions to FindAGrave are available in a print quality .jpg file upon request
If you would like to have information added to a memorial, please follow the Find A Grave procedure using the Edit tab on that memorial and I will gladly add the info.
***The new EDIT system has generated a HUGE amount of work and caused correct info to be changed to incorrect info. PLEASE use the EDIT tab to offer your contributions but use the "other" option so the memorials will have confirmed and documented info that has been researched. Even if it is a date, location ,etc. change. use the "OTHER" option to send your info.
This new system has made info posted questionable where before you could rely on the research completed for each memorial.
If you would like the higher resolution photo of a headstone I have posted, please leave a public message.

You are so very welcome for the photos! Missouri was just stunningly gorgeous, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why anybody in their right minds would leave for west Kansas. Beautiful country, the Folks living there were so very nice, 100 million things going on for it...and then I tried to dig out a headstone that was lying flat in and being overgrown by grass, pretty close to Noon. Truly thought I was going to fall over from heat stroke. Unbelievable.
Beautiful, beautiful country and people. I'll go back! In the Fall!

I have two different dates of his first marriage one (that I got from the library) says they were married in July 7th, 1912 and the other (found on here) says July 16th, 1912!!
Just thought I'd pass some information along!!

You are welcome as always. It was good to be out again doing this. I didn't find all of them today, but will next time, I hope. Isadora is one of my favorite cemeteries. Have a great Sunday!

You're welcome. The hard water from the sprinklers makes the inscription difficult to read. There is a low cement marker next to this headstone with a hand-scratched writing on it. It is impossible to read but has a tin marker from the funeral home that says Levi J. Allen. I would like to take a rubbing of it to see what it says but I did not have supplies with me. Stay tuned.

If you could so kindly call Calvary Cemetery at (816) 523-2114 and get the location of the burial for me. There are too many requests for me to ask for all of them. You can email me back at email@example.com and you will have your memorial picture within 2 weeks.
Thank you so much,
