|Terry and Tracy Larson (a great mother/daughter team!) have worked on their family tree for over 30 years (combined, of course!) and are following all branches: Biggs/Mensik, Coleman/Noyes/Jaquith; Lines/Batchelder/Smith; McQueen/Johnson/Larson, and many, many more. Our journey started in 1984 with a Mensik family reunion in Eatonville, Washington; followed our military assignment to North Dakota; summer trips through Minnesota, Ohio, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and all points midwest; back to Washington after retirement in 1992 (military retirement, that is!). We enjoy contacting "new" relatives and the excitement of the chase.|

Thank you. I'll add to her plot and memorial. Thanks again for letting me know
|Cindy Cornwell McCachern||Thanks|
Thank you for the wonderful obituary for Jonathan Biggs.

Just fyi, I sent an edit for the birth year of Mary Mensik. The only thing I base this on is the headstone, which lists 1905. The photo that is there isn't terribly clear but I was out there today and took another photo that does show it clear. Of course, you may have exact info as a family member and the headstone could be wrong, just want you to know that is what I based the edit suggestion on.

Can you add Lucinda Noyes #29639467 as a child of Tristram Noyes? She is the 2nd wife of Abram Racey McQueen.
Henry is also my 5th great grandfather. His son John Alfred married Marie Beal, they had a daughter- Anna Mae Batchelder who married Joel B. Byrnes, they had a son - Homer Irving Byrnes who married Bessie May Koch, their daughter, Elsie (32286587) was my great grandmother, her daughter Darlene was my grandma, she died when my mom was 13 so I never met her.

She should be with you, too. I added the info you sent to the memorial, please read and then change how you'd wish. It has some changes to help with your research. Dassel, MN has nice research/history center that may have info on the pair since they in Meeker co. Email if I can help.

He should be with you :) If I can help with any research, please let me know. I'm just a couple miles from Oakland cemetery if you'd like a better picture - just email.

There looks to be a mixup. It's very common and due to the newspaper of the time referring to the local cemetery as the nickname in many obituaries. If you notice the Hutchinson cemetery where the above memorial is has just two entries - this cemetery is Oakland cemetery. In the obituaries, it's called city cemetery or Oakland depending on the time.
I've entered all of Oakland and your loved one was on the records for Oakland along with the others mentioned in the bio you gave. Along with entering the bios, I also photo'd all of the stones. Feel free to request transfers for your family and I will transfer as soon as I complete the memorial. I can sure add the info from the above memorial if you'd like to delete it from the Hutchinson cemetery. If you'd like, I can refrain from making the family links of the family in Oakland and let you do it (it may be more fun for you).
Please let me know!
