I am on the Board of Directors and a Trustee for the Little River-Wilson Valley Cemetery Association. One of my jobs is to keep the records of the burials in the cemetery and where each grave is located.

I have researched for years on the following family members:

If you find errors or multiple entries, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you have information you would like added to one of the entries, I will be happy to add the information.

jane chambers, daughter Emily
I have just found that Alice Hutchins was a daughter of George and Emily Hutchins. Emily was a daughter of Jane Ashabranner Chambers. Jane is raising her grandchildren in Bell County, TX in the 1880 census, including S.A. Hutchins, James, A.J., and A.A. Hutchins....
if you know anyone connected to this family I would love to hear from them!!! Thanks so much!

Jane Chambers,
Good evening. Jane Chambers that you mention as being buried in Taylor Valley Cem would definitely be Birt's mother. Jane was my great great grandmother. Her first husband was Essais Ashabranner; he died in the Civil War. She then md. William Chambers in 1868. But by 1870 he is gone (?) . My great grandmother was Minerva Jane Ashabranner. I have never been able to find out what Jane's maiden name was although I have been quite suspicious that she was a Killian. My great grandmother, Minerva Ashabranner Jones named ones of her sons Louis after Louis Singleton Deaver.
Thank you!!

Pepper grave marker
Thank you for adding (taking?) the photo for Rusel O. and Elector D. Pepper. The last time I visited this cemetery, this was not there. How would I find out about who provided it? These children were cousins to two of my great uncles (or uncle/aunt) who also perished around the same time. My great-grandmother Anna Lee Brown was sister to Joseph Pepper, the father of these two. She and her family lived in Three Rivers at the time of her children's deaths. They were likely not well off and may have had the children buried at this same cemetery. Who do I have to see about looking at the cemetery records? I am available at
Thank you.
