Bio and Links
I am Linda Easley Lamberth, the daughter of Weldon and Gracie Easley. I was born and raised in Elkhart, Texas as were my parents. Many of my ancestors are buried at Guiceland and are both my maternal and paternal relatives.

I married Norman Lamberth of Tyler, Texas in 1974 and have lived in Tyler since then. We have one son, James Weldon Lamberth.

As a young child, I remember going to Guiceland regularly. There are many, many stories related to this cemetery which are part of my life. Family names buried at Guiceland include Easley, Trigg, Wells, Gaines, Bragger, McGowan, Arnold, Morehead, Dunnam, Garrison, and Denman.

RE: Itasca Wells
Was this Trifinia Itasca "Ida" Cox Wells? If so, she was a sister to my maternal great grandfather Francis Marion Cox. I am just now getting to doing more research on the other siblings and descendants of my great grandfather. I have a photo of the Cox family in AR and was wondering if you could help me with idendification of some of the people. From other photos I've found on, I believe I can identify John Shelby Wells and his wife, but am not sure if any of the children in the photo belong to them.

I added this family to findagrave from a transcription of that cemetery. I have distant family buried there.
I will gladly turn the memorial over to you. I think that you have to request it in the edit section. Or you can add it again and I will delete the one's I created.
Let me know what you would like.

I have transferred the memorial to your account so that you can manage the family history.
