I recently completed a survey of Stanwood Cemetery. We have burials from about 1812 right up to present day. Military burials from the Revolutionary War to the Vietnam War. If you have an inquiry about a name or group of names of persons that may be buried in this cemetery, please e-mail. I will do my best to find the information you desire.
Best When I lived beside Leonia and Ralph on Kelford at the time of her passing.. she was married to Ralph Best.. after she had passed on.. Ralph then went to a nursing care place.. I know we had questioned they Wymer.. I am going to have to look in to that. I am thinking that she and her previous husband had a plt together.. and maybe he was buried elsewhere and she kept the plot and stone.. very strange indeed. Anyhow..really just makes me wonder about Best and Wymer and why did she claim Ralph as her husband.
Barbara Sue (Daniels) Stover #9031181 at Stanwood We appreciate you allowing us to manage Barbara's Find A Grave Memorial. Barbara is in my wife's Daniels Family. Barbara's parents Fred Daniels (#9953464) and Velma (Daniel) Daniels (#9953475) are also at Stanwood. We would also like consideration in transferring Fred and Velma's memorials to us. Thanks for your efforts with all of your memorials at Stanwood. Best Regards, David Jones (Find A Grave Member #16539213)
John Jr. & Hannah Dull's gravesite My 4th Great Grandfather, John Peter Dull, Jr. & his wife, Hannah are buried in Weimer Hill Church Cemetery. I have learned that their gravesite was marked with a cement slab & a copper plate which was removed during WW1. I recently visited Weimer Hill Cemetery (June 18,2015) and found 2 different cement slabs with the plates removed. Do you have any idea how I might determine which one is their gravesite?
