I grew up near Buffalo NY but moved to Syracuse in 2010. I've been working on my family tree seriously since about 2005, and I've always enjoyed walking around old cemeteries.

I started on Find-A-Grave by entering my family. When I discovered the resting place of an ancestor, I would go out and find them, take pictures for my family tree, and then create a memorial for them here too. If you have come across them in a search for your family, please contact me--I would love to collaborate!

I also add information from cemetery transcriptions or obituaries, or walk cemeteries taking headstone photos. Any memorial I have created for someone who is no relation, are in my "Not Related" virtual cemetery.
