This site has contributed so much to my research and I want to show my thanks by becoming a member who might help someone else. It is so strange, before starting genealogy about 6 years ago obituaries and cemeteries were just there, now they are everywhere.....|

Mary, thanks so much for the transfer. I will add lots of family info. I noticed that your maiden name is McCann. My mother-in-law is Annie Mae McCann Tudor of Uvalde, Texas. I don't suppose that you are related? Just curious.
God bless, Sally

Robert Morgan Sr was my Step-father and he told me personally that Pierce Barnett was his and his twin sister Ruby's father.

About this child - if you will check your edits at top of your bio pg, you will see I sent you the correct parent links. Hit the "accept" link and it will be correct.
Hope you and your husband have been well. I don't hear from you much anymore. Our Clark's Ferry Cem is all grown up again. Not much difference than it was to start with.

|Sammy Boyd, Genealogist||Elizabeth Hale, # 67522552|
You created a memorial for Elizabeth Hale in the Mount Capers Cemetery. The note reads: w/o R. A. Hale.
Richard A. Hale had a daughter named Elizabeth who was also born in 1871. Could Elizabeth possibly be his daughter? I know his wife's name was Elizabeth Jane (Cozby) Hale and she is also buried in this cemetery. Elizabeth Jane was born 02 Feb 1839 in Rhea County, TN and died 30 Jul 1897 in San Jacinto County, TX; and R. A. died 05 Mar 1910, so he could have had a second wife.
Thanks for your help!
1871 in San Jacinto County, TX

I am writing to you for a correction that I do hope you will make, right away. You have listed my Dad's
great Uncle John, who helped raise him on "Live Oak
Farm" in Trinity County, TX, as John Randall Hickman
and that is factually incorrect.
My Dad's great Uncle is John Randolph Hickman. My
Dad's Mother Mary Edna and her brother Jesse were
both raised by Polly, their grandmother, as their Mother died at Jesse's birth. Uncle John, Polly's
eldest son, never married and he stayed on the farm with his Mom Polly and helped her farm and raise Mary Edna, Jesse, and later my Dad.
So Please make the proper correction -
JOHN RANDOLPH HICKMAN 1862-1945
Jeannette Brownlee P.S.My son is named after him,
John Randolph Hickman Chadwick.
You always told me you were on FB and I finally found who I think is you. I sent you a friend request and a note some time back in April but have never heard from you. In fact haven't heard much from you at all in recent months ... hope you and Wayne are doing ok. Just saying hello to you ....

Can you please make a correction to my Grandfathers memorial, John D. Brown, #67482171. His first wife and the mother of all his children is Lucy Williams Brown, #29180633. Ballie Tipton, #24169169 was his 'late-life' spouse when they were both widowed.
