|History and genealogy are just my hobbies which I enjoy immensely. Collecting a variety of obits has given me the ability to help others almost instantly...for free. If you see an error or typo, please tell me - I always appreciate being corrected.|
For ALL who ask for transfers, I will transfer if you're within the Findagrave guidelines, but please include your submitter number!!!

Hi, I requested a photo of the grave for # 136038152 that you manage. The cemetery reported that they have no record of him buried there. His wife is buried there, but years later. Did you take his info off of a grave? I think the cemetery might be wrong about him not being there. Thanks.

Thank you for all the work you did and are still doing!!
I have a couple of questions...On another list of the cemetery it mentions an infant who only lived a few days and I noticed on the headstone it says "Children of...." Is the infant also buried there with Anna? Also another listing of the cemetery lists Rasmus as "owning" another plot. Is he buried there? OR is he the Peter Fredericksen buried in Correctionville? He is (I think) a very good friend of one of my tree ancestors. THANKS

Hi, you left an obit on a flower for Eliza. Are you related?

I am not related to Howard. I took over "ancestorsatrest" when they passed away. Sorry.

Thank you so much for all the photos this weekend. Helen Kurtz, Ina Volkert, Darlene and Dale Juelfs. We are holding a huge reunion this July and this comes at a great time for us to look over our heritage.

Joan, Thanks for all that you on Findagrave! Can you add to Cushing Cem, IA my aunt and uncle? Dorothy Whyte Stoneking B: 4 Apr.1918 in Osceola, Kingsbury Co, SD to IB and Alta Whyte and M: Joseph Gile Stoneking on 20 Sept.1941 in Cushing, IA and D: Apr.2011 in Minneapolis, MN and both are buried in Cushing, IA. Joe Stoneking B: 10Jan.1914 in Cushing to Giles Stoneking and D: 27Apr.1983 in Sioux Falls, SD. Also Helen Whyte is not Rev. Harry Whyte daughter! She is daughter of Edward and Mabel (Conklin)Whyte!
|Roger Volkert||Marriage year|
I think there is a typo in the marriage year. The year should be 1939 not 1931. In 1931 Velma was only 13. The first of the children was born at the end of 1940.
Thank you for all you do.
Thanks so much for the photo. I really appreciate your time, effort and volunteer spirit. God bless you.
