I'm sorry we didn't have any success with your family. Perhaps the markers have deteriorated. I'm surprised they aren't marked since there have been many family members living in the area, and many have been buried in more recent years.

You are very welcome!
|Moggie73||RE: Mary Leavitt Alexander|
You are very welcome for the picture, I was unable to find the other Alexander photo you requested in the same cemetery. There was a stone next to this one that was illegible.

|abby||Jonathan Swift Tyler|
#135702672 - The name came from a cemetery transcription. It only listed Jonathan Tyler, 55y 4m. Swift was not mentioned. You might check directly with the cemetery or request a headstone photo. Sorry that is all I have.

|Mark Johnson||RE: James & Gertrude Gunning|
I moved the photos of their markers to your memorials & deleted my memorials.
When I find out the results of Hillcrest probing James grave I will let you know. Thank you for being so nice & working with me & Jean Boling to find out where they are resting.
|Mark Johnson||Gertrude & James Gunning|
Beverly at Hillcrest says that the records show Gertrude was buried April 4, 1969. They have a card for James but no date that he was buried. With in the next 2 weeks she will have his grave site probed to see if something is there.
Gertrude is in Lot 2 of Section 23, Block 3.
It is entirely possible that James is in the Masonic cemetery & was never moved to Hillcrest however there are graves for both Gertrude & James with markers for each at Hillcrest.
I'm not related to the Gunning's.
Sincerely, Mark Johnson

Dunton is on the back side of a stone so I was overlooking it until I decided to walk the entire section they supposedly were buried in. Found it & them. Sorry it took me so long to find them.

I hope so. Checking. If not, will.
Are you researching the Congdon family? The line I am working on is primarily in Rhode Island.
|Lisa Swigart||RE: Thomas Holden|
I did not see his wife's marker, but if I remember correctly- The one to the left was broken in half and could not be read, the one to the right was fallen over face down and I never pick those up without permission from the cemetery (and then they have someone do it) and the one next to that was broken in half. I walked through again since I photographed Thomas' marker but have not come upon it. If I do I will post it for you.
It seems reasonable that she would have been close to where his is. This particular cemetery is small and somewhat undocumented so location is a challenge. If you have any further information that could help locate the plot that would be great. In any event- I will keep looking.
p.s. I will contact the grounds keeper and request that one stone be picked up so I can photograph it.
