RE: New Zion Cemetery
Thanks for your quick reply....we'll see what we can do with the info you sent. Being behind gated property makes it even harder to deal with. I saw a couple of photo requests in this cemetery and wanted to fulfill them, but not sure that it will be possible.

I see you took several grave marker photos in this cemetery and wondered if they were the only legible markers that were found. Also, could you give me better directions to this cemetery. We went by the map coordinates on Find A Grave and could not find it.

My sister and I found his headstone across the road from Mountain View Baptist Church. At the church, turn left onto Tabernacle Road, turn into first road to right going into cemetery. Look at first section on your right, 5th (fifth) row, 3rd (third) headstone on that row.

RE: Fairview Cemetery
1890, the year the cemetery was opened and 1988, the year the sign was erected.

RE: arold Jones
Hi Dolly My Harold E Jones would have been a second Lieutenant and a pilot. Probably not the same guy.
However a photo and updated Bio for this man would be a good thing.
Thank You for your reply

RE: Lemarcus Deal
Thank you so much for the information on Lemarcus' gravesite location. Given that he died in 1838 it's not surprising there isn't a legible marker. Your help is most appreciated.
