find a grave
Sophie, grey, and Savannah, black, were found behind a dumpster in Blairsville, Ga. with their brother Matt (adopted by someone else). They were pretty sick with everything imaginable. They were lucky. The people who found them didn't just walk on. Instead they were fostered (with many many trips to a vet), taken to PetSmarts on weekends to Adoption Days and adopted by me. I usually would not replace a few days after the death of a beloved family member like Molly. My granddaughters and I went to the store to return her unopened cans of special diet food. The girls saw these two totally entwined around each other and bathing each others' heads at the same time. The girls begged and begged for me to bring them home. I am usually black cat person but the people said they were so attached to each other that they hoped someone would adopt them together and I agreed they should not be parted so here we are today with two of the largest cats I have ever had (they must be part Maine Coon they are so big). Two sweetie pies to be sure. Savannah loves to curl up half on me on the couch and be kissed all over her head (she is the bigger of the 2) and Sophie has decided that I am THAT person for her. Who knew. Maggie Mae is really my son's cat now. I found her as a starving 8 week old by an antique store. She was on her own for awhile as vet said she weighed 1.9 lbs. I think she would not have made it another two weeks in that heat. Anyway she is a pastel calico who adores and worships my son and lets me pet her belly sometimes. 3 lucky kitties. I wish I could have more.

RE: Hi Girlfriend.......

Please delete my message below, as your message did get through.

I would be proud too, if he came from my hometown. He was a hero and a good man, and I cry when I see interviews of him.....it was just too sad. I'll be seeing his movie when I return to my daughter's house for the Easter Holiday. I guess you saw his casket and funeral cars as they passed by, on the day of his burial. Oh....I'm going to start crying again.....time to go....
