Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm just an old 'tree climber',, looking for my ancestors. I caught the genealogy bug 40+ years ago. I have always liked walking through cemeteries and looking at the grave markers allowing me a glimpse into the past. I don't mind transferring memorials to relatives to maintain - just ask. If you have corrections on any of my memorials you can use the edit button to submit corrections or additional information for the memorial.

Melvina (White) Blizzard
We're unclear why you declined our update, but we provided the documentation to substantiate our request.

To answer your inquiry, Melvina was the great-grandmother of Gurnell Monroe Gamblin - his second wife, Oleta (Whitten) Gattis, was a distant cousin of mother's. We do not know where Melvina or her husband William are buried. Fulkerson is located ENE of Hiltons, VA. The Indian Springs area sits south of there, between Fulkerson and the border with Tennessee. Several cemeteries are located around the Indian Springs area - they are on this list:
(by clicking on each 'Indian Springs' link in the list, you can see a map of the area where they are located. Good luck in your search.

RE: Fuller
It is truly our pleasure. The wife and I just got back from Scott co., VA. Found a couple new cemeteries to photograph and spent two hours clearing my great grandmothers (Nickels-Tyree).

RE: Gamblin
Hey Cuz, I also had been worried about you. I guess I had only your old emails. Don told me about your loss. If you didn't get my emails, know we were very sorry to hear the sad news and hope you are doing okay.
Yes I sent it to Don and he too recognized the same ones I had. He thought you would know. If you come up this way call - would love to see you. Write me when you can my email is the same. I guess I have only old ones on you.
Much Love

Beth: Thank you for the e-mail and advising of the correct spelling for Fannie D. Branton. I have made the corrections for William Henry Fisher, Jr.'s Find A Grave 135593967. I am working, as we speak, on the second family for Fannie D. Branton and her marriage to David Fisher and their children. Since we share the same line, I would like to talk to you about our shared family, i.e. Fisher/Branton. Please contact me:

Kindest regards, Macy Myrick

Barron's in Milam County
I added the few Barron's to Oak Hill when I photographed the cemetery, so I really don't have who else might be there without a marker. I did a quick search and see that in 1923 Cameron paper there are society blurbs about Mr. & Mrs. J. L Barron & family visiting Cameron from Jewitt (where he has a business) on their way to the valley for vacation.

Rather than making the corrections you so kindly sent to me, I'm making a transfer of this site to you. I have NO connection to this and feel you'll be able to make additions and corrections.
