Please always attach a memorial# ,When inquiring or trying to edit, so I will know which memorial you are referring to.|
You may use any pictures/photos I have posted, thats what this site is all about SHARING information, and finding our loved ones final resting place.
I find it hard to believe people think that this site is about NUMBERS, it is such a genealogical treasure to help people find there ancestors, and link families together...
I love it when people say do not use any of my pictures, and as it turns out they were from me to begin with... hmmm...
creating a memorial John Smith 1888-1900, does not help anyone. you need to complete the memorial. where was John born? Who were his parents? etc etc etc
OTHERWISE WHY BOTHER?
I am a research analyst, so I dig and add info to existing memorials, more than I create new ones.
Quality, not quantity...
I try to create memorials that will help family members find there loved ones final resting place, with as much info as I can find.
additions and or corrections always welcome

Joshua must have changed the spelling of his last name. All of his descendants go by the name of Bird.
|Barbara Blum||Sarah Holloway|
I added your info in BIO.
Contact office administration at Jefferson Barracks and tell them.

RE: Clark Sturges - Shawnee Cemetery
I've been trying for YEARS to find my gr-gr-grandfather, Clark Sturges who was married to Nancy Jane (Boring) Rhea. I have never been able to find him and was even at the Shawnee Cemetery and found Nancy's headstone. Didn't even know he was there. Please help me ..... Can you please tell me where you found the death date of 1880 and also is there a headstone for him and if not is there any info available verifying his date of death? I will be forever in your debt if you could help me with this family mystery as no family member searching has been able to find him!!
Thank you for the wonderful job you do for the rest of us!
It is BIRD. And I found his memorial #13785014 with a lot of history. There is also a J W Bird memorial #81264249. I see that you have removed the BYRD?

Thank you so much for your replay.
I live in California, not close by.
The family that I am researching is a friends from high school.
# 15102419 James Murphy Lee, his father, he has 2 head stones, son put the one with WWII on it. He does not know about who put up the other stone.
# 15102425 Maude (Pryor) (Lee) Hopkins, his grandmother.
# 15102407 Arnetta M. Lee, his aunt.
# 15102415 Emery A. Lee, his great uncle.
# 15102422 Jackson A. Lee has gone by many so names. I have sent for his birth certificate to find out what his parents wanted his name to be to start with. He might be great uncle or grandfather. I so hope it is a grandfather. This would answer so many question for my friend. We will see.
The name Lee is interesting to search.
I will be calling the Newton Library.
Thank you again Linda.
Could his first name be John. No Joshua there.
