I was working on my distant relatives in my genealogy and came across your memorial for Everett Isbell (#53621616). You have the correct father, but his mother was Luther's 2nd wife, Elizabeth Cornett who after their divorce married James R. Williams. Ernest (also buried in this cemetery is also from Luther's and Elizabeth's marriage. I do not believe Luther and Jennie had children together. She was previously married to a Cunningham. I am not sure where Elizabeth is buried. Would you remove Jennie as his mother? Thanks in advance!

I was wondering what source you found for this Ettie Mae Cooper. I only question the connection to her "parents" because she is not listed in the family Bible pages. There is an Emma J Cooper b August 18(?), 1877 but no Ettie Mae Cooper b Feb. 16, 1878. Could this connection to J. W. and Emily Pierce Cooper be a misconnect? Was Ettie the dau of one of John Wortham Cooper's first sons? Please see the family Bible pages at: http://www.tn.gov/tsla/BibleRecords/Cooper%201/Cooper%201.pdf

Hi! I am so excited to tell you about the John Cooper Bible Records on line in Tennessee!
You can see this Bible for free!!! at: http://www.tn.gov/tsla/BibleRecords/Cooper%201/Cooper%201.pdf I am also starting a WikiTree.com family branch for John Wortham Cooper and kin. You can join in on our free, worldwide collaborative family WikiTree at: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Cooper-8228
This is probably not my Coopers (Benton County, Tennessee), but I thought you might be interested in this information. Kitty Cooper-1 Smith (WikiTree ID http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Cooper-1)
You suggested a correction here: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=49647741 using the flowers & notes section rather then the suggest a correction feature. Per the FAQ's - which all members should read - use the feature. Then it wouldn't have taken me 4 years to finally edit this memorial. Thanks :)

In searching for my Geo McNiel, I saw that your memorial #63037481 is a duplicate entered after #51666163. You might wish to check with the other Find A Grave member to see which one should remain. BTW, you and the other member list him in different cemeteries (Hendricks vs Holland, Tahlequah, Cherokee Co, OK), and that may be how the duplicate arose.
|Ann Dewey||Ila Vanita/Vaneta Davis|
She is buried in her parents plot in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. I believe it is Woodland. It used to be on Find A Grave.
Her middle name has been spelled two different ways . . . Vanita and Vaneta. I'm honestly not sure which way is correct right now. I am not at home and don't have my records with me. I believe her stone says Vaneta, but I do have some pictures of her that her mother had annotated on the back and she spelled her name both ways.
|Ann Dewey||Ila Vanita Davis|
#123766205 Ila Davis. The correct spelling for the above name is ILA not Iia. The way the capital I and lower case L come out when they are typed together, looks like two "I"s. ;-) My husband's family has some really different names. In fact this woman had a grandfather named Iley.
