|Ancestral Sleuth||Are you still active?|
I was wondering if you are still active on Find A Grave? I put in a couple of 'EDITs' to be completed, but they have not been 'ACCEPTED' yet. Please let me know if you are still active or not. Thank you so much for your many contributions to Find A Grave!

Are you related to the Beckham family by any chance? Would you be willing to transfer a couple of them over to my care? Please let me know either way. Thank you!

Thank you for the transfers.

Thank you for the reply. Do you have any information on why the marriage to Mary Jane Brumley did not last?
|Gary E Gray||William Thomas Bowen # 29632727|
Regarding William Thomas Bowen, Find A Grave ID 29632727, is there any documentation on the marriage to Mary Jane Brumley Tibbits? Also, I believe William Thomas Bowen was married once before he married Mary Jane. Family records show this first wife may have been named Sarah.
Any help you can provide on this is much appreciated! William Thomas Bowen is my direct ancestor through my maternal grandmother's and her mother's maternal line.

Do you have any knowledge of the Lewis Family of Lincoin Parish? Could Joseph Carl Lewis be the Brother of Wynn W Lewis?
|Lora Peppers||Charlie Lewis|
Thank you so much!
I can understand your concern. She was my great grandmother's sister (my 2X grandaunt). All our records have her as being born in 1857 and marrying David Dawson. In addition to our geneology records, the 1900 census for David and Mary shows she was born in LA and both parents in AL which also coincides. (She was the great aunt of Ernest Tubb, the country western hall of famer.) From what I can tell many people were named Tubb and it got changed to Tubbs. Even the spelling of my mother's first name changed as it was mispronounced. I prefer to use the one on her birth certificate and early school records and show the alternate spelling as " ".
Hope you find this interesting.

Thank you for the effort... The marker could be missing because of vandalism or time.
