I'm working on families that are mostly in Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia. Some of their descendants moved further west.

Eliza Rhodes
Hi Nancy. Yesterday I went to Unity Cemetery to fulfill yours and the other two requests. I found a grave that I believe to be who you're requesting a photo of, but the day, month, and year is off for both her birth and death date. I hesitate to put it because I'm not sure if this is the right Eliza..
the gravestone says, "Eliza Jane daughter of Legel Rhodes. June 17th, 1863 - Oct 16th, 1934." Would this be the right Eliza? I also didn't notice where you requested a photo of her husband's grave, but I will be going back sometime in the next few weeks and will see if I can find his.

Smith Fork Cemetery
I have left a "report of a problem" at Find A Grave concerning your request for photos of Jesse and Elizabeth Hodges. They might be there but there are numerous graves without markers other than field stones. It's a marvelous cemetery and a prime example of how it was done 200 years ago. I have been there three or four times just to admire the old ways. Sorry, but I could not nor will anyone else be able to fill your requests.

James Wilhelm
Nancy ... You manage the Memorial for James Wilhelm.

James wife Margaret died in 1920. My cousin is Phoebe Catherine Morton Turner Crawford Helms. In the 1930 Census Phoebe's husband James Helms' age is 76 but he is checked as a Veteran of the Civil War indicating he may be older.

Do you know anything about James Wilhelm's life after Margaret's death? Is it possible he is the James Helms that married Phoebe in 1927?

Landon, Barsha, Minnie and Joseph Taylor
I am currently fulfilling your Creechs Chapel photo requests! The Taylors all seem to share a headstone and have their own footstones, I will upload all of those respectively.

When I was taking these photos I came across a few questions, just out of curiosity, do you know how Barsha and Minnie passed away? I found it very interesting that they both passed very shortly after Barsha had Minnie.

I hope you don't mind my questions! I just find it very interesting to learn the stories of these lovely people!
