My mom's cousin, Reginald Gwartney was married to Fern Puryear. I don't know if Fern is related to Dan Puryear. I figure the photo came from my Morgan grandparents. Mom was a Morgan and was born in Gravette, Arkansas and later lived in Noel, Missouri where I was born.

I have noticed you have left some of my older family flowers. I also noticed you have added a lot of memorials in Benton, Arkansas where some of my family had lived. This makes me wonder, are we related some how? My grandma's mom was a McCutchan and dad was a Baldwin. My grandpa's dad was an Earls and mom was a Hummel (I am assuming that's how you'd be related, if you are. My great-grandmother, Mable Hummel's mother was Ruth Jennie Galyean. Galyeans had lived in Benton) Thanks for leaving the flowers to family over time, so nice of you.

Are you able to tell me if William Robert Puryear, a Cousin, served in the Confederacy ? I am thinking that he did, being born 1n 1844 I cannot see how he would not have. Thank you - Grady Puryear

Thanks so much for the transfer! How very kind of you to create this memorial in honor of your Mom's friend! It will be great to link all of the family together now.
|Wes Hart||Hart/Ryan transfers|
Thanks so much for the transfers. There is a great deal of information on them provided by their family in the book "Descendants of Peter and Dority Hart 1740-1995 Virginia and North Carolina and Allied Families" by Ruth Gibbs Hart and Karen L. Cooper.
If you would be so kind as to also transfer Alex Hart, Find A Grave Memorial# 18998881
There is much more to post on Alex including photos of him and some of his family.
