RE: Nicholas Susong house
I'll find out in the near future. Also, I was at the Greene County Archives last Thursday and they had a photo of the Nicholas Susong home. I didn't ask which Nicholas it belonged to but I think it's Nicholas. son of Andrew. I'll also check that too. I'll get back with you later.

Nicholas Susong Homestead
Anna,
Just to let everybody know that the Nicholas Susong homestead photo you have added to this site did not belong to Nicholas Susong, son of Andrew Susong. It belonged to a younger generation Nicholas Susong. My search for this homestead began when I saw a drawing of this home that was made by a lady from Johnson City. She thought that this was indeed Nicholas and Elizabeth Susong's home- and I did too!!! Me and a few of my kin searched and found it off the old Asheville hwy in Greene County, TN. The photo you have was made by me. However, after contacting a Greene County genealogy researcher I discovered that Nicholas and Elizabeth never owned land out here. So, this incorrect info spread like a bad virus!!!!! Sorry bout that, I'll correct my ancestry.com family tree.

Lena Esther Bailey Bailey
Hi. I am J. Frank Bailey's granddaughter. I can remember two things about my great Ma Bailey. The first is sitting on her lap eating grapes at the Bailey house. Thank you for posting the pictures, I have several older photos (of the great greats) from the Bailey's and the Bellamy's at my Papaw's house that my father can not help me identify.

RE: Gaynelle
My grandmother was Ethel Anderson. Gaynell was the daughter of Ethel's sister, Cora. I knew Gaynell and her husband Ralph pretty well but my mother knew them even better since they were first cousins. Are we possibly related? :)
