|Angie Hertzberg Martin||RE: Edits|
You got that right..we've suspended all cemetery stomping until it cools off some!
Anytime you want us to come help you (you're doing the STL church cem, right?) or if you want to join us feel free to speak up!
I work with Sharon Soileau ("Soileau" in the system) and Deb Morrough (Debbie G Morrough in the system); we like to go to cems together and photograph. Deb has an extensive library that she uses to source.
Anyway, you'd be welcome :)

Mary, I got the edits you sent and I updated the memorials with them. I've been out on vacation and I'm just getting back and caught up.
Thanks so much! I love it when I can add family members and/or obits to a memorial.

I found Mamie Mae Hereford Bobbitt, my great great grandma. Thereís so much conflicting info on her so Iím trying to clean it up for my tree on familysearch.org. Iíve seen her last name also as Herriford. Do you know what thatís about? Also, sheís listed as one of two mothers to Melinda Bobbitt Lynch. Am I to assume she was a step-mother? Sorry if my questions are dumb, Iím new to all this.
Thanks for any help!

|Charlie Faye Dickerson Young||Sarah Gill Head memorial # 55893645|
I found this on Sarah's father's (Benjamin Gill) Memorial #119923769 as maintained by Philip Plotz, M.D and from his research:
Benjamin died between 25 Aug 1826 when his will was written and 13 Nov 1826 when his will was probated, at the age of 44 in Perry County, AL.
It is not known where Benjamin is buried but was probably in Perry County. Information about Benjamin or his burial site would be greatly appreciated.
Benjamin Gill (1782-1826) left a will in Perry County, Alabama, Will Book A, Page 23, 13 Nov 1826. A brief abstract of his will follows: "Wife Polly; for use of "orphant children"; three children Ė William M. Gill, Elizabeth Gill and Mary Ann Gill, when they marry or come of age; my "fore" children; daughter Sarah Head has had hers already given to her; executor: William Waters and John Smith, Seignier. Witnesses: Reuben J. Rogers, W.C.H. Findley, D. McGraw.
It would be nice to have it on her memorial site if you think Mr. Plotz would not object.

Thank you for the transfer of the memorials of John Thomas and Camary Dickerson. I hope I can do as good a job as you do.
|Charlie Faye Dickerson Young||Memorial Transfers at Find A Grave|
Mary: Are you related to Camary & John Thomas Dickerson in Head Cemetery of San Augustine County, TX?
We might be related.
If you are not, would you consider transferring the maintenance of Camary Murphy Dickerson memorial # 55893589 and John Tom Dickerson memorial # 55893579 to me. C F Young #47315148
They are my gr grandparents. My dad was Charlie Jordan Dickerson, son of Thomas Jordan Dickerson. He was the son of Camary and Tom Dickerson.
If you are related and wish to keep their memorial maintenance, I totally understand.

Hey, Mary ~~
I submitted an edit to you on this memorial incorrectly. I put "Pauline" in the middle name of the correction when it actually belongs in the nickname section.
I have been speaking with a descendant of hers. She let me know that I had duplicated one of your memorials so I deleted mine since yours was done earlier.
You did the correction but caught that I incorrectly put the nickname. I've sent it to you again with the nickname added.
Nice catch, and thank you!!
