YOU Volunteer to get the Burial Plot.
I'LL Volunteer to get the photo.
WEE talked me into this...and I've been having a great time taking headstone photos from France, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Easter Island, Saigon, Africa, Iceland, Greenland, and all over New England. Wherever I travel I check out the photo requests in that local Zip Code. Rather nice hobby that keeps me walking now that I am retired.
Please, Please, call the cemetery to get the burial plot.
Suggestions are appreciated.

Thank-you, Bob Boston, for the photo of James Fosdick's grave marker in Phipps Street Cemetery in Charlestown!

BobBoston: Thanks for taking the photo. I've been looking for years for my grandfather's grave but the office at the Holy Cross cemetery told me that they had no record of any burial even though I had documentation. Finally I wrote the Archdiocese office & they sent me the plot info which I posted. I suspect, that my grandfather's wife was too poor to afford a headstone of any sort so, and therefore, its still unmarked. Maybe she hoped that someday her fortunes would turn & she could buy one. Alas, it never materialized. I suspect this is a somewhat common event since my great-grandparents also lie in an unmarked grave in Stoneham. Thanks again & Happy New Year.
Hi Bob and thanks for posting that photo of the MacAullife family stone in Malden.

Sorry but name on marker (Vogel) does not match memorial (Macgovern).
