I just wanted to thank you for your time in adding the above memorial. This memorial I believe is my maternal Great-Great Grandfather, William Calvin Upton. From what I've been able to find, he lived most of his life in Burnt Prairie, IL and I was starting to search all the cemeteries there. It turns out he was married 4 times, and his last wife is buried in Springerton Cemetery but her headstone is under the name of "Wade". So I thought 'what the heck' and I searched the Upton name and hit the Upton jackpot! Anyway, the military information on the headstone matches his Civil War Detail Report exactly. Without having any dates or any other identifying marks, and without my having exact DOB or DOD records all I can do is match the name and the military information.

Again, just wanted to thank you for your hard work and for the photo with the memorial. I am so excited!

Thanks for so quickly processing the edits for Abbie L. Rogers. I have added one more since Lee was her middle name. She is my husband's great aunt and was a warm, caring lady. Thanks for adding a memorial for her and for all the tombstone photos you have taken. You are appreciated.

Thank you for the wonderful gravestone photo for our uncle, Jessie James Bates.

I have also added your edit on birth year - that was my typo error! Thank you so much for your help - Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

Cheers~ Shirleen

Figuring out the numbering systems in cemeteries is an interesting exercise--in futility, sometimes. I know in our local cemetery, because of the way wide aisles were later filled that often people are buried next to each other that would not be expected to be the case from looking at their plot numbers.

William W. Anderson was my Grandfather John Anderson's brother. Do you have any information on John Anderson? Do you have any information on William W. Anderson's Army Service record? Do you have any information on his mother Mary Hood Bourland Anderson Kirkpatrick?

#4722573 Addie Ann Taylor Goodall
Hello...some of the information you have regarding Addie Ann Taylor is incorrect. She is NOT the daughter of Lemuel C and Mary Ann Williams Taylor. George Washington Goodall's great granddaughter contacted me because I used this information on my Family Tree on Ancestry. I am related to Lemuel Taylor. This Addie Ann Taylor was indeed married to George Washington Goodall but her mother's name was CHARLOTTE REBECCA TAYLOR (f: WILLIAM FRANKLIN TAYLOR m: ELIZA JANE KEELING) and her father is unknown at this time. The Lemuel Taylor family was from Ashley County in Southern Arkansas and the Addie Ann who married George Goodall was from Marion County in Northern Arkansas.

Thank You

Thanks very much for your suggestions to modify Elizabeth's Find A Grave memorial. I have updated the information as you suggest. It's hard to know when she was born, as her gravestone information does not match census records.
