Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a native of Northern Virginia, having lived in Fairfax County and Loudoun County my whole life. I became interested in researching my family history after my mom passed in 1995 and my dad in 2004, both from cancer.

If I have created a memorial for someone close to you, please let me know and I'd be happy to transfer them to you as long as they are no relation to me. Please don't hesitate to ask.

If I have added a photo to a memorial and you would like additional photos, neighboring stones, better quality or close up, just let me know and I will try to help. Feel free to use any photos of headstones that I have taken for your own use in family trees, etc.; no need to give me credit.

I add as much information to a memorial as I can find; not just what is inscribed on the headstone. I will use various genealogical sources to research family links, middle name, maiden name, nickname & full dates and places of birth and death. This information can prove to be invaluable to someone who is searching for a loved one.

Surnames on my dad's side: CLOBUS/KLOBUS and NOLL from Germany and Pennsylvania, CROUP/CROOP of Allegheny Co. and Butler Co., PA and in FL and on my mom's side: ENTZIAN and MAIER/MAYR of MD and WI and MAYERLEN/MAIERLEN. Other family surnames: MARBURGER, GLOCK, SISTEK, GRUNTZ....all of Allegheny Co. or Butler Co., PA.

Hello Diane, Thank you for transferring the Memorials of Chester, Lillian, Medora, Vernice and Willie Russell to me. It's most appreciated. The volume of work that you have done here on Find A Grave is amazing. Jim

RE: Charles Henry Allison
They do appear to be his parents but I was deterred by the presence of several confusing Allisons, especially one near Richmond with the evocative middle name of "Lovettsville" (it is their hometown). I got interested in the family because I have also found some -- other -- Allisons in Alexandria.

EVERYONE in that little cemetery is kin! The Curtins are a direct line. There are 3 generations there of Curtins. Thank you for the transfers! I would love them! If there is anything I can do for you in East Tennessee please let me know!

RE: Farr photos
Sorry about the blank message. Just wanted to let you know, we have had a lot of rain here, and that really works on those stones. Glad you were happy with the photos. Bonnie
