Being both a genealogist and a "graver," I believe in tracing a person's history from birth to grave. Everybody deserves to be remembered; to have a marker or memorial to mark their passing from this world into the next. |
If I have input an immediate relative of yours (child, spouse, sibling, parents, uncle/aunt, grandparents - well you get the idea), and you do not want that person's memorial on this website, please let me know, and I will remove it promptly.
PROBLEMS/CORRECTIONS: Please let me know - I strive for accuracy. If something bothers you about a memorial, please let me know. I believe that the wishes of the descendants should be considered as well.
PHOTOS OF THE PEOPLE: I realize that this is a publicly viewable website, but out of courtesy, please ask before copying photos of the people.
PHOTOS OF THE GRAVES: Feel free to use them for your genealogical uses (but not commercial). All I ask, if you are using a photo that I took, please credit me as the photographer. ("Photo courtesy of findagrave.com contributor, B. MacBean.")
TRANSFERS: This site is not for "name collectors," but if the memorial is not a relative of mine, and he/she is a close relative of yours, I will be happy to transfer to you.

Thanks for your reply. We surmised this after research. However, I always check.

Would you mind transferring Jessie Mahala Bean Adams to me. Jessie was my great grandmother. Thanks, Laurie Edgar

You are very welcome. It gladdens me to be a service to you and your family. Please use the photo in any way. There is no need to give credit. We are all here to help each other.

I enjoyed the information you have updated. With Leonard being in the service I think he qualifies for a military plaque. I have had several relatives that have received them on the foot of their graves. Not sure how they got it but a funeral home might be able to give you some information on where to go. or the VA. These are allowed at White Tanks.
|Desert Angel||RE: Thank you|
you are welcome, there are several volunteers who go to white tanks so you have a good chance of getting the picture. The temps reach 110 during this time of year so it may be a few months before someone ventures out to get the picture.

You're welcome, and permission is granted. Thank you for asking.
If you need anything else, just let me know.
|Desert Angel||Leonard Panter|
I am sending Leonard home to you. I am so glad that you found him.

You cannot read the names from the floor; they are in the dark and at the top of the wall. You're welcome vor all; happy to help.

You left a message on Dwights memorial stating that you had read his book "Above Timberline". Today I posted a note about Dwights last book "One mile at a time", cyceling through loss to renewal. It is ever bit as outstanding as "Above Timberline". Please read it too.
