Cecil Crouch
Hi,

Would it be possible to have Cecil Mildred Lowry Crouch's memorial (# 136622050) transferred to me? She is my great-grandmother.

Thanks,
Bri #48442854

Nehs
John,
Just recently I obtained a family tree for a Zirkle family. Found several marriages for Nease to Zirkle. Thing is that they were Nehs. I would like to explore this but can,t just now. Would you like the names? By the way, you are in my line too. Somewhere I have a copy of the marriage bonds between Michael and Elizabeth. I will look for that too. So glad we connect. Linda

Dittemore
John,
I would like to know if you are a Dittemore? If so, we would be related. I come down from John Hartman Dittemore and also his sister, Elizabeth. I am very interested in you connection and perhaps can fill in some history for you. John served in the Rev War but you most likely know that already know that. Please let me hear from you.

RE: Gladys Hensley McCarty
I have that story. Gladys was accused of murdering her 2nd husband. He was found deceased in his home by his wife and her mother. There was a trial. She was acquitted for insufficient evidence. They even brought experts from Chicago with the new lie detector machine. Both she and her mother passed. Gladys was a cousin. Her father Theodore was a GGU of my husband's. His sister Lillian was his GGM. Thanks for getting back to me.

Hensley's at Hudson hill Cemetery
Hello John...are you related to any of the Hensley's buried at HHC? I ask because I saw a photo of Gladys Hensley McCarty posted by you on her memorial. My husband is a GGGS of John and Lucinda Hensley through their daughter Lillian Hensley Moser.

Elizabeth Hollingsworth Reid
Elizabeth Hollingsworth is my great, great grandmother. Elizabeth Hollingsworth first married John Reid (killed in the Civil War in 1864), then she married her second husband (my great, great grandpa) John Coleman Sams on April 20, 1867 in Manchester, KY.

Her and John Coleman Sams had my great grandpa Richard McHenry Sams. Richard married Asminta "Mintie" Jane Cope.

Richard and Asminta had my grandmother Amanda "Mandy" Sams. Amanda married Walter Hibbard.

Anyway Elizabeth "Lizzie" Hollingsworth Reid Sams is buried at Campbell Cemetery in Fall Rock, Clay County, KY, with her children and granddaughter.
