|I am very interested in the early history of the industrial cities of Paterson and Newark, New Jersey.|
My ancestors were silk manufacturers in Paterson, New Jersey, and in Macclesfield, Cheshire, England during the 19th and 20th centuries.
Please feel free to use photographs or information if it is to benefit your family research.
It is my desire to transfer all memorials of those I entered in Cedar Lawn and Mount Pleasant Cemetery to their descendants and all those doing their family genealogy. I am glad to transfer memorials to any family members or descendants who request regardless of the general transfer guidelines.

|Paul A. Brown||Charles Duval Beckwith/Charles Dyer Beckwith|
He is listed in your obituary as Charles Duval, but in Wikipedia and Political Graveyard as Charles Dyer.
I was wondering where you came up with the middle name of Duval?
Paul A. Brown

Absolutely positively loved those obits you wrote out for me...WHAT a GREAT guy! Thanks once again!
|Beth (Pflug) Heiney||Johanna Bruning|
Hello! I'm trying to establish whether or not Johanna Bruning was Johanna Keppler, born about 1869 to Michael and Anna Keppler. Their daughter married a Bruning according to Michael's will, however I don't see a husband buried near her. Do you have any further information? (Michael was my G G grandfather). Thanks!
Thanks Mike. I have added it. I'm from NJ and have family at Cedar Lawn in Paterson. Best, Cara

|Carole Elizabeth Nurmi Cummings # 47178231||YOU are more than wonderful!|
I dropped you a note of thanks via email but had to stop here again to say a triple thank you thank you thank you.
My goodness gracious...you are some kind of wonderful!
I have added some of his children to findagrave...wonder if you could verify those burials via obits.
I thought I would take the time to add all of his descendants here. Would be fun to have a huge reunion of this gentleman. He certainly was an interesting character!
|Carole Elizabeth Nurmi Cummings # 47178231||Hi there...|
I actually put Mike Findley instead of Henry in those acknowledgements. Thanks again!
I do have a quick question for you....I would love to have an obituary for Albert C Bogert. I have found write ups in the New York papers about his 100th birthday but would love to verify where he is buried. Thanks EVER ever so much. I am trying to piece together his family with obits. Since New Jersey papers are not online, I have not been able to get any of the family obits.
Thanks once again!
Albert Cornelius Bogert

I thought I had all the burial and plot information for the Milnes family, but I guess I missed one or two.
I would appreciate it if you could send me the information. You can send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.

|VickiO||RE: Martha Milnes Death Notice|
It is not a problem that you send corrections. They are appreciated. I see your name and accept knowing your sources. I would rather have more information and do not have time to research everyone myself.
Thank you for all your work, too.
