When I began to research my family's genealogy I quickly realized how valuable cemetery documentation can be. I greatly benefited from the work of others, so now I wish to "pay it forward" by documenting the cemeteries in the places I live and visit. I grew up in Neosho County, KS and Atchison County, MO, and now live in the Twin Cities, MN, so those tend to be the places I've worked on. I'm very willing to transfer any memorials to those persons who hold strong connections to the persons memorialized. My only desire is that my work may be found to be helpful and meaningful to others.

Samuel Harvey DeHart Sr.
Hi Jeffrey. I have a question regarding Samuel Harvey DeHart & Douglas DeHart. I do believe that they are father and son. However, I believe that Elizabeth is Samuel's 2nd wife. Samuel Harvey DeHart Jr & Douglas DeHart's mother was Lana Elless.
I have Samuel (Sr) married to Lana Elless in 1849. Samuel (Jr) born 1855 and Douglas born 1856 and Lana's death as 1856. I have Samuel (Sr) married to Elizabeth in 1857. Are you able to verify the above information?
Thank you!
