Taphophilia: a passion for and enjoyment of cemeteries.|
I am in the process of photo-documenting Sts. Peter & Paul cemetery in St. Louis. If you are aware of errors in any of my entries, please let me know. PLEASE USE THE "EDIT" LINKS AND PROVIDE YOUR MEMBER NUMBER (located next to your name on your member page) if requesting a transfer.
PLEASE NOTE: Because I receive a lot of email, I typically do not reply when sent an edit - just check back in a couple days and you should see it. I usually make edits within a couple days. If it has been over a week, please resend as I may not have received it.
Please don't add death certificates that are readily available on-line to memorials.
In addition to adding my family, I enter other graves. I am always happy to transfer a grave to a family member, or to update the grave as requested.
Families I am researching for my family include Mueth, Heidenfelder, Bockius, Buehler, Danneman, Frank/Franck, Freymyer, Meurer and Zieger--primarily found in the U.S. in St. Louis and Southern Illinois.
My husband's last name is Torrence. For him I am researching Torrence, Findley, Watt, Comstock, Peterson, Norton, Brown, Bieth, Sentman, Ritchie and Sixbury--from all over the Northeast.
Please ask permission before posting my personal family photographs or biographical material I have written from my memorial pages on this site to Ancestry.com or any other website or personal webpages.

|CemeteryRose||Re: Shriber photos|
Thanks for adding photos to the Shriber memorials at New Mount Sinai. Thanks, too, for letting me know that Julia Shriber (died 1947) has no marker. Happy Thanksgiving!
He has been moved, thanks for the heads up. Mike

Thank you for posting Jeanne Wiskirchen's marker photo on her memorial. I have requested that Jeanne's husband's BU memorial be moved to the cemetery too so you can post the photo on his memorial if you wish.
You kindness is most appreciated.

Hello to Katie, thank you so much for listing the memorial page to my step-mother Clare Lucille Groner Everdon, buried in Old Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in St. Louis. Clare had no children. I would like to request that you transfer her Find A Grave Memorial# 142044604 to me so I can maintain this site. My Find-a-Grave member number is #46867182. would appreciate it! Karen L. Everdon
Thank you so much for transferring your memorial for Mary Hempstead Keeney-Lisa to my care. I greatly appreciate it!

I believe you posted the wrong picture, as the Memorial page is for "Bridget Canfield" and not "J Arthur Christopher".

|Matt Saxton||Thomas Torrence|
Like your husband, I come from the Torrence/Torrance line. In researching Thomas Torrence, I noted you have him buried at Avon Cemetery in Avon, NY as Find A Grave Memorial# 47642711. I noted there is no picture of his headstone and suspect I know why.
There is another Thomas Torrence, Find A Grave Memorial# 14022195, who is buried in Number Six Cemetery, Honeoye Falls, Monroe County
New York. He is buried with a Richard Thomas who has a child named Lacy. I suspect this is Thomas, son of Thomas, father of Richard.
Please take a look and tell me if you think this is the same person.
|Julie Regelin||thanks for the picture|
|Linda||Jacob Lohrum headstone|
Thank you very much for taking the time to look for Jacob Lohrum and his wife's headstone. I appreciate the effort and your time.
