I was born and raised in Southern California and have been a resident of Las Vegas,Nevada since 1979 I became interested in genealogy while on a trip to Scotland in 2005 and deceided to look for my Mother's parents who had been born in St Nicholas, Aberdeen and Glasgow. I am researching the family names of |
FITZ (Ohio, Iowa and Montana)
KENNEY(Ireland.Ohio and California)
FAGAN (Ireland and Ohio),
LEHEW (Virginia and Ohio),
STOTTS(Ohio and Iowa),
WALKER(Ireland,Scotland,Virginia and Maryland),
PRIDAFKA and HUFNAGEL(Germany and Hungary)
I will be happy to transfer any of the Memorials I have made for non family members The Memorials were made so family/friends could find them
If you are more closely related than I am I will be happy to transfer those Memorial's as well
Found a relative I made a Memorial for and you don't want a Memorial for them on Find A Gave, just let me know and I will delete the Memorial upon receiving your request.
Corrections and additions to any Memorials I have made are always welcomed

|Carla Teetzel||Cemetery info on Carl E Freeberg|
Sorry to bother you again, but we discovered, after consulting some other records, that the death date for our dad -- Carl E. Freeberg -- is inaccurate: he is in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Grand Marais, MN, and the death date should read January 14, 1978.
ALSO, while you are correcting the death date, could we please complete his birth date? That date should read September 7, 1912.
Thank you so much for all your help!
Carla (Freeberg) Teetzel

|Rose||Samuel Parks confusion|
Thank you for your dedication to helping with Find A Grave. This is such a valuable service.
It appears that there is a mixup with two of the Samuel Parks/Park in Coshocton county, Ohio.
Samuel Parks, 1833-1913 Coshocton co., Ohio, # 83947251, was buried with his wife, Sarah in the Fairview cemetery in Coshocton co., Oh rather than the Franklin Cemetery in Coshocton co., Oh. In the Coshocton co. Cemetery books it shows quite a number of the Park and Boyd family buried near each other. This Samuel was born in Canada. Find A Grave does not yet have listings for other Park family members in Fairview cemetery at this time, including his wife, Sarah.
Samuel Parks, bn: abt 1842 OH was a shoemaker and died before 1910 when his wife, Missouri Dean, #83946896 was listed in a census record as being a widow. I can not find a death record nor burial for this Samuel Parks.
So as you can see, currently the Samuel Parks who was born in Canada is listed in Find A Grave as being married to Missouri Dean. Please correct this error.

|Adrian||RE: Jim Jones|
Hi Valerie , you are welcome for the obituary. Could you please check for me the source of the death date of Henry Jones 64398448 at Hanging Rock Cemetery in Lawrence County , Ohio ? I think the date may be 1864 , and there should be a Civil War headstone there. Thanks , Adrian

|Debra L Sheridan||Transfer|
Would you please transfer my Great Uncle to me:
#78309205 Arthur Hauk Blomberg
I am having trouble finding his wife Arlene, she should be next to him and maybe is not on find a grave. I will have to make a trip up there.
He is my grandmothers brother and married my grandfathers sister. Danes and Norwegians unite, as well as Wisconsin and Minnesota. I happen to live in the Wisconsin side.
I am looking for information on the Fitz's from Muskingum County, Ohio. I am particularly interested in Mary Fitz Garrett who married John McConnell Garrett and their lines. My maternal great grandfather was Charles Andrew Garrett who I believe is their grandson. Thank you in advance for any information that you can provide.
