Hello Fellow Find a gravers,|
I love walking thru cemeteries, wondering about all the stories that could be told by the people at rest in the cemeteries.
Please if you request a photo for your loved ones grave, I will be more than happy to try and help if you are related to that person..
Also, I'll be happy to transfer memorials to you, but only if you are related to the person who's memorial you want.

Thank you Sarah for the lovely picture of my Great Uncle Leslie and Aunt Hazel Tinkler (my grandfather Clancy was his brother). I never met them in person, but talked to them on the phone once when I got interested in family history. Many years ago, Uncle Leslie put together a scrapbook of old family photos and a family tree. What a precious gift that has been to me.
Thank you for taking a picture of Sister's grave for her site.

I am guessing you are referring to Matthew McEwen 1892-1906. He is quite distant from my direct line.
He is the 2nd cousin 1x removed of the husband of my 2nd cousin.Through my Grandmother's family.
|Gary Mowrey||RE: Thank you|
Who was your 2nd great-grandfather that I left a memory for?
|MatthewFraserMoat||RE: Amelia Gunn|
Hello, thanks for getting in touch and thank you for the offer to photograph Amelia's grave.
Amelia's grand parents David and Jane Gunn were pioneers in Nova Scotia and have many descendants all over the world. David Gunn is related to my first cousin three times removed.
His son Peter Gunn married Caroline Amelia Fraser in Sherbrooke in 1865, and my great great grandfather Alexander Fraser got married in Sherbrooke in 1864 so there is another connection there.

You're welcome. I'm always glad to transfer to someone who cares about the person!
|Terri Johnson||RE: Naomi Herman|
I'm happy to transfer to you. Thanks.
|Mary Farley||Transfer request|
If you would please transfer #27066565, my GG Grandmother to me I would much appreciate it. And by the way: that rose bush on her grave came across the prairie with her and her first husband, Drury D Mayes enroute. And-- that is her G. grandson, Omar Pete Hause buried next to her. And--that was the family homestead right across the road from the cemetary. Thanks
