Bio and Links
Bio Photo Please note I have photographed many cemeteries en mass. This involved many, many hours and thousands of memorials. I tried to clean the headstones to at least be readable, but with all the mud, rain, leaves, encountered with on ground level headstones, I did not clean each memorial completely off as I would when fulfilling an actual photo request. Also late nights trying to get a section finished up as the sun set led to a few memorials where the shots are pretty dark and as a result, lots of photos aren't the greatest quality. So, whole point being -- I won't be offended if people want to request "prettier" pictures of their loved ones headstones!

Feel free to use my photos for any genealogical purposes. :)

RE: Christian Philip Ettling
Thank you for responding to my message. I would be very interested to See your family tree as all the information I can find ends at Johann and Anna Wagner.

Elihu Magoon Ferrell
Dear Jessica,

Thanks again for all you do. It's a wonderful ministry and is a true service to families. Elihu is my 2nd great grand uncle. If there are no closer relatives I would be pleased to take care of it. His mother is Elizabeth Carr Ferrell born c 1807-?. She is my 3rd great grandmother but no one has ever identified her grave or found records of her death.

Have you had a chance to go to the Baldwin Cemetery? I live near Seattle and am visiting in St. Louis. I went there yesterday to look for James Monroe McBride 1829-(we believe c 1899) and his daughter-in-law, Nellie Eva Woods McBride 1870-1899, who are both supposed to be buried in Baldwin according to family records, but my cousin and I couldn't cover the whole cemetery and wasn't able to find them. I did see a large Cox section though and at least one McBride wife, Eleanor married to A T Douglass. We must have came at the wrong time of day and the light wasn't conducive to reading the worn headstones or taking pictures of them.

If you ever have the opportunity, would you mind including it in your searches? We would all be so appreciative of any help you can give us on our pioneer ancestors.

Thanks again for all your kindnesses,

Laura Clippard Lewis

Eveland Krik
Hi Jessica!

Hope things are going well for you!
I found a curious thing today - and believe my memorial made when looking for your Kirk family buried in Everett, WA - was for little Eveland who died in 1905. I made a memorial (#136327844) for her in block 14, as we thought she was there with the rest of the family. I am photographing block 16 now- and believe I found her there today. There was a memorial already for her, and she has two markers.

The block 16 cemetery book has her listed as Eveland- which is the same spelling I had for her. The new marker is Evelind, and the old marker is Evelyn. The death cert has her name spelled as Eveland also. I am sure they must all be the same little girl. I may leave her memorial spelled as Eveland, to explain the various spellings. Would that be okay with you?
