I'm always researching history of Perry county, cemeteries is just a part of that. The shame of it is the coal companies have actually stripped a few cemeteries and several indian mounds out with their coal. Never to be seen again, are the final resting places of some of the first settlers to Perry county. I cant decide if they were heartless or mindless....BOTH!
