|I found this site 5 or 6yrs ago.My oldest brother was killed in WW11 . This started me on a search for 90th Bomb Group vets especially the KIAs. I have a virtual cemetery with all the KIAs of the 90th Bomb Group that I can find.|
Thanks to everyone that honors these men and all veterans.

Kenneth & Carolyn,
As with T.W. Campbell; in researching Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery (Sand Springs, OK), Henry R. Campbell comes to my attention as being a veteran. Do you have any knowledge as to him being a vet? Rank, unit, awards/ medals or war service?

Carolyn & Kenneth,
In researching veterans interred in Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery (Sand Springs, OK) have noticed T.W. Campbell. Was T.W. a veteran. If so, do you know of which branch, rank, unit or war served in?

Thank you for the offer to transfer her. I definitely accept and also John Calvin Reeves, if you will. Sorry for late reply I've been in the middle of a severe asthma attack. Thank you again.

Same problem again. I am thinking maybe Find A Grave is at fault with some of this. When I write a memorial I always check the cemetery for the name. If nothing comes up I do the memorial. Occasionally I get a message saying mine is a duplicate and it usually is, yet the day I made the memorial, nothing was showing.
Alice was the 2nd wife of John Ross Reeves and her name is on his memorial. When I click on his memorial which I made on March 27, 2004, her name is on his memorial. When I click on her name, it's under your name with "Bio by Karen Mickel Bennett." I really do not understand all of this. Maybe you will consider transferring them?
|Karen Mickel Bennett||RE: John Calvin Reeves|
I did the memorials for my Reeves family in 2004 and 2005. The other day I had found my memorial for John Calvin Reeves, which was dated May 1, 2005. Today I cannot find the memorial at all, which I cannot figure out. The reason I wrote you was this happened to me a couple of times before. One by a lady who read my memorial and bio and sent it in her name for a famous grave, which was not accepted. So my memorial was put in her name with "Bio by Karen Mickel Bennett." I contacted her and she admitted she tried to make it a famous grave. Find A Grave is fixing it. I made the memorial for John C. Reeves, with the bio for the memorial at the same time. Now it's in your name with my name listed as "bio by Karen Mickel Bennett." This is what I do not understand and question why my memorial comes up with your name with the bio by me. I think you will understand why I wrote you. I suspect you may live in Oklahoma as you took some photos of graves at Fairview which you placed on some my memorials. I thank you for this. Most everyone there has passed on except three cousins, so I don't visit much anymore.

I would like to know how you were able have this memorial changed to your name when I wrote it before you did, and I am given "credit" for the bio now in your name for this memorial. This is not a nice thing to do.
|Cindy Shivers||2nd Lt Herman L Richardson|
Thank you for all you do! Herman is my grandfather's brother, and I have been searching for any information I can find. I'd like to know more than I do... are the markers actually engraved with their names? Just so sad.... but honored for his service.... Cindy Shivers, born of Joan Margaret Richardson Shivers & her father is Milton Berry Richardson.

I'll take you up on the transfer of Waldo Willard Kellner.
I assure you I'll keep good care of his memorial, and respect it's integrity.
Thank you so much for transferring custody, and most of all...thank you for all your hard work and dedication on Find A Grave.
Sincerely - This Old Scarecrow
