Find A Grave's primary purpose is a graves registration website, secondary purpose is a memorialization/remembrance site, tertiary purpose is a genealogical resource.|
I will be happy to add info/links to any memorials. Thanks to all that have submitted info, docs, flowers or pics to the memorials to preserve our families. Thanks to everyone who has tried to find stones and found unmarked graves.
I firmly believe we are all God's children and are linked by this belief.
To add an internal link in the biography, you would need to type

|Deborah Hufford||RE: Pictures Thank You|
you're welcome. :)
|Clovis Davis||John L. Davis|
Here is what I left on John L. Davis' page sometime ago. I can guarantee you that we are not connected to Van/Eliphas Davis in any way. This is proven by census data and Y-DNA as I am a direct male descendant of Eli/John L. Sr/John L Jr./Thomas Peter/Otto/Clovis Sr. and our DNA is NOT a match to Van or his offspring. Please remove references to Eliphas and Van at your earliest convenience as they are misleading and proven untrue. I assume you got your information from the Laura Mentzel book which makes some erroneous connections and assumptions. I spoke with Laura many years ago and she told me some of the connections were speculation on her part.
Clovis Davis, Jr.
Eli not Eliphas was the father of John L Davis, Sr. JLD, Sr. was married to Elizabeth Lawley, Their son John L. Davis, Jr. was married to Emily Elizabeth MacDuff. Their Family was: William, John, Mary, Fleming, James O., Thomas Peter, and Nancy. I may have left out a daughter or two. They moved to Falls Co., TX after the War Between the States.
Eli was not the son of Van as erroneously reported. Eliphas is a different individual and documented to have moved to Arkansas or Iowa from the Pendleton Dist.,SC. and my gggg grand dad died there in 1832.--Clovis Davis

Yeah .. I have a photo of K2 365 but I'm not sure if I need to manually add it to each of the occupants ? I thought there might be a way to add more entries to one grave, but maybe not ..

Thanks for the edit. I was checking on an edit request and noticed the capital letters. Was not picking on You.I have been working on periods for initials and changing the capitals to lower case on all of mine I find. It is a long slow job and I hope if You see any of mine that need to be fixed , You will send Me an edit. They are so easy to fix that way..
|Liambo||RE: Pic for David Barr C283|
I added photos to the entire Barr family. I'll also be fulfilling more requests in the coming months for Belfast city cemetery.
P.s I'll more than likely be updating the Barr plot as well, as I just noticed a small Jack Russell dog in the background.

I'm glad to help.
|Dan Shepherd||Mary Newton Young|
Do you have any confirmation of Mary Newton Young's birth date? Headstone, census, etc. Any idea where she is buried?
Hello! I received the email that you declined the request for her maiden name change. Please email me for more information on this issue. Thanks so much!
The Davis/Busha Cemetery is in Stephens County Georgia, not Franklin County Georgia. The location of the cemetery is in the part of Stephens County that was formerly part of Franklin County. Stephens County was formed in 1905 from parts of Franklin and Habersham Counties.
If you wish I can get you the approximate coordinates of the cemetery the next time I am in Toccoa Georgia
