Bio and Links
Bio Photo I got "hooked" on this site when I used it to look up relatives in PA & found that someone took the time to fill in bios for long deceased relatives. How wonderful that I had all that info without taking a trip! I started photographing cemeteries in South Jersey & tried to get information to post with them. I especially like to photograph old stones; the ones that are long forgotten and link them. Photo requests are always welcome as well as any corrections or transfers. Anyone can use my photos. They are here for genealogy purposes.
My relatives are Missimers, Formanek, or Kitlass. My husband is Moore, Bramwell, and Van Meter.

Thanks so much for your photo of Elizabeth's upright tombstone at Malaga. It's great to see that they are taking care of the graves. I just hope some of the other Sailers headstones are able to be found out there too. Thanks for all your contributions.

Christopher C. Moroge
Hi! My name is Dale Leavesley Melada . My grandmother was Adele Marie Moroge Huntzinger daughter of John B. Moroge and Elizabeth Stute Moroge I am looking and researching The Moroges of Winonah Gloucester New Jersey. I know that Joseph Moroge is buried in France where he died in W. W. I The rest of the family are buried together in Winonah The picture you have the stone is perfect.
I did find a copy of John B. Moroge work in Philadelphia very good article. I also researched the Historical Center in Gloucester I have not been able to locate any more information however, I am still working on it. Could you would you be able to send me any information about the Moroge Family or give me some direction in how I might go about finding out about them some history etc.

William H. Steuart, date of death
Dear Mary Ann Missimer-Moore,

Thank you for all the wonderful work you have done for find a grave.

I have visited the grave of William H. Steuart and researched the US Census records of Wenonah. I find that after the tragic deaths of his wife and adopted son in the train wreck in Atlantic City on Oct 28, 1906, he lived with with his sister and her family in Wenonah until he died. I can send you copies of the US Census records if you would like to see them.

I took a photograph of the inscription on his monument and I read the date of death as Jan. 4, 1934. I posted this photo on the memorial please take a look and see if you don't agree.

Thank you.

All the best,

Bob Thomas

Van Meter Connection
Since your husband has Van Meters in his family background, I'll ask you about a slightly related couple. I'm looking for the graves of Henry Dickinson (1845-?) and his wife Mary Van Meter Dare (1845-1927). I'm assuming parents don't give Van Meter as a middle name unless it's in the family. I'm related through the Dickinson side. I have found burial sites in southern NJ for all 8 of Henry's siblings and his parents. No luck for him and Mary. Most of the relatives are in Salem and Gloucester Counties, NJ. Do you have any info on where these 2 might be? I realize this is a long shot, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Appreciate any ideas you may have. Thanks.
