I think "Findagrave," was a very clever idea, |
(linking families) and wished I'd realized how it worked the first time I was sent a link for the webpage in March of 2007.
I will be happy to give data to others working
on related lines, without anyone giving me their memorials if they wished to keep them. I have enough to enter now to keep me busy for a year or two, without receiving any from others.
My wish is to link persons together with
their correct family, and will share my data with others as others have generously shared with me. Darlene

I did a photo request for this person who is listed as having been buried in the Freeman Cemetery in Lawrence County, Tennessee. He was an add by you. I am curious - the person (Judy Giffin aka RainbowGal #48105721)emailed me that there was no such person in that cemetery?
Since you did the add, I was wondering if you had any additional information and also a photo of the headstone?
Thanks for the help!

The #6 Marion Wilson is the ancestor I was speaking of. I am trying to trace the roots of my sir name. I joined the Facebook page for watuaga county genealogy and have had a brief correspondence with Clinton. he said that he hasn't been able to find any concrete proof that Marion Wilson was Lemuel Wilson's so and I was trying to track down some more concrete proof on that.
Here is a complete rundown of the line I'm trying to follow.
Erebus R. B. Wilson My son 2012-present
Adam B. Wilson Me 1982-present
Gary B. Wilson father 1955-1988
Dayton Glenn Wilson grandfather 1925-1997
Roy N Wilson great grandfather 1897-1990
Francis Marion Wilson GG grandfather 1874-1956
Marion Wilson GGG grandfather 1829-1908
I'm not sure where I picked up Alexander as a middle name. perhaps ancestry.com
thanks for any help you can give

Hello, I have been forwarded to you by several people who sited you as a good source for North Carolina Wilson family history. I have little to no knowledge or connection to my Wilson roots. I am able to trace my family back
K in a straight line to Marion Alexander Wilson of Rowan North Carolina. He would be my gig grandfather. Any info you have on this line would really help me out. Thanks
I have a Joe Joines buried in the Iron County Poor Farm cemetery. Believe he is the same person you have in Sisk cemetery. I got his info from D/C. Help me out. I am sure this is the same person we have two different memorials for.

Do you have any photographs of Charlie Harris-White-Lantron and do you know where her 2nd husband is buried and what his 1st name was?

Can you tell me what her maiden name was. I think I have the right Charlie, but I want to be sure.

Hi Darlene, it is good to hear from you. I made the corrections, and added the 1880 census to Onie's memorial. I hope you are doing well.
