Thank you, Donna. Sorry, you must have had some bad experiences with BillionGraves.com -- or people "stealing" your photos -- I just don't understand the idea of "copyrighting" cemetery photos. Anyone who visits the grave or anyone who is family can either take or have the same photo and share it - so there's really no blame with using photos. You never know who shared them with others and they shared them again. They might not have "stolen" them from findagrave... Just my thoughts. Hope you have a lovely holiday season. Clc

I appreciate your note, Donna! May you have a wonderful holiday also.
|alfred janske||Rev James Abercrombie|
Oops, I think something slipped by me. My mistake, sorry. I'll take Rev. James Abercrombie on. I'll return to the Oakland Public Library in January for more research on St. Mary's Cemetery people in Oakland and I'll look deeper into Rev. James and see what I find in the various newspapers of the time.
I moved my entry from unknown to the Alhambra Cemetery in Martinez. Never been there, but I'll take a trip and see what I can find out from the cemetery and get several photos too.
Will you be able to delete him? If not, I can delete mine and then I'll send on my stuff to you. By the way I may have his brother too, also an unknown interment. Maybe they are together. Thanks.
|alfred janske||Rev James Abercrombie #81617853|
Another Find A Grave researcher pointed out to me that my Rev. James Ambercrombie #81617853 is Rev. James Abercrombie #5797739. I posted my information a while ago but had not gotten around to finding out where he was laid to rest. I think this may be the same person.
Just one problem; it appears that one is Catholic, the other Episcopalian.
Do you have any further information about the Rev.? I don't mind giving you my info and taking down my entry, as long as I get credit for the article finding. (Which, I see, won't be a problem.) Thank you for looking into this.

Hi My name is Donna and I was wondering if you would share some family information with me. I am doing family history on mine and my husbands family. I do not have a lot of information on the McFarland or Butz sides. If you could help me out please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Take Care, Donna

Would you mind linking Nell Danielson Clayton's memorial (Memorial # 35390974) to that of her father, Johan Danielson (# 35390498)? Thanks so much.
