Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am an Army wife who enjoys researching both mine and my husband's family trees. In the process I was introduced to this site by my Aunt.

I have spent many hours in several cemeteries to include the Fort Bragg Main Post Cemetery. My goal was to completely photograph the cemetery and all it's interments before we moved out of the area. I was able to get about 75% of it completed.

My view as a military spouse is we move around frequently and having the ability to visit a loved ones grave "virtually" is better than not having the ability at all. Everyone deserves this opportunity and I will do my part to help bring this opportunity to others.

We are currently living in Colorado, where we plan to stay and I will be volunteering in our local area to take photos when I am able to.

thank you!
Thank you so very much for the transfer of my grandfather Albert Wheeler (59755089) to my keeping. There is so much I can do now to link him to the rest of his family.

And, it just dawned on me that Albert's toddler son Herbert Allen Wheeler is also buried at the Bragg Cemetery - 67920236. He was my father's baby brother. He was killed accidentally when my father (age 4) and he tried to pull a .45 revolver out of its holster; the revolver belonged to a friend of my grandfather's who was an MP on post and was visiting, and had hung his belt and holster over a doorknob. I would deeply appreciate it if you would transfer Herbert to me as well.

Again, thank you.

jleerose77,first let me thank you and your husband for your service. I am an Air Force Vietnam Vet myself (B-52s).
I am requesting a transfer of the memorial for Allen D. "Toby" Cameron (#57586330). He is my great grandfather who was married to Adelaide Cameron (his 1st cousin). They had 4 children, William Archibald, Lulla S., Margaret J., and George (the twin of Margaret J.). William Archibald was my grandfather and his daughter, Margaret Elizabeth, was my mother.

Thank you for your consideration of this request! You and your family enjoy Colorado, it is a beautiful state.

transfer of memorial
Hi: could I ask that you transfer my grandfather's memorial to me? He is Albert B. Wheeler, #59755089, buried at Ft. Bragg Cemetery. His son Joseph Hiram Wheeler is my father, and my father happens to be buried at the veterans cemetery in Bushnell FL. I come from a long line of military. Thank you for all you do for family and researchers.

Thank you
Just wanted to say thank you for posting this picture of my grandpas headstone on this site!! He died when I was living with my dad and he did not take me to his funeral! I was heartbroken!! He died 6 days after my 11th birthday and we had been very close up until I had to go live with my dad just a year and a half before!! I haven't ever been to his grave site and I am now 37. I was just thinking that I really need to go and put some flowers on his grave and spend some time with my grandpa because he would do it for me!! Thank you for giving me a place to go and atleast see it since I can't go at this moment when I am wanting to because it is so late! I do know that he is looking down on me and he knows that I think of him all the time!! I am going to go visit him this weekend for Father's Day because he was a great father to my mom and a great grandpa to me!! Wish he could have met my little family because he would be so proud of the woman that I became with all that I went through as a young child!! He was a great man!! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!

I was 'visiting' a cousin on Find A Grave and came across your photo of the view from his cemetery. I absolutely love it!
