Tracing my family roots is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. The main names that I research are: Rowland, Montgomery, Craft, Blair, Staley, Sutton, Murray, Thornton, Williams and Nichols. If you have ties to any of these names, I love to share information!|
I'll be happy to make any corrections needed. It may take me a few days, but I will eventually get to it.

There are two listings for the same cemetery in Hempstead Co., Arkansas. Pioneer Cemetery and Old Pioneer Cemetery are one and the same. Most of the gravestone photos seem to be in Old Pioneer, but the largest number of graves listed is in Pioneer, and this is the one I have been adding information to. Perhaps the two cemeteries can be merged?

Thank you for responding to my request. I think I have ownership of the memorial. I'm new at this and appreciate your directing me on how to request a headstone photo.
I found the website about a year ago but didn't start really looking at it until recently. I'm so thrilled to find so many family members already listed and to be able to add additional members, pictures, etc.

I'm not sure how to do this but if it is possible, will you please take/post a picture of my uncle's headstone: Jesse B. McInturf (memorial #131298894). Most of my family are buried in AR and CA. He is the last of my father's family to be entered on Find A Grave. I would love to make the family complete.
I live in Southern CA. If I can assist you with pictures/etc., please let me know. I, too, find it rewarding to document family roots.
Thank you for your response. Marilyn

Almond Hammond born 1907 has a Find a Grave page in both Kansas and Arkansas. Do you know WHERE he is actually buried? Do you know what the small marker in Arkansas says? It is difficult to read more than the name "Almond" from the photograph. Thank you very, very much.

Hello. I've been researching my family tree's and wanted to know if you have any information on Elizabeth (Harrison) Blair who married John Robinson Blair. Elizabeth is the sister of my 3rd great grandma, Celia Harrison Creech. Do you have any information on Mary Ann "Molly" Fields Harrison, Elizabeth and Celia's mother?
Blessings to you,

Thanks for adding that bio for Sol. I will not be doing those on a regular basis but old Sol's monument looked kind of sad, homemade and all. He needed a little help because he was one of the pioneers in this part of Arkansas and very few people knew who he was. They say you live as long as you are remembered. I hope Sol will not be forgotten.

Perfect! Thank you, Laurie! And thanks for your work on Find A Grave. It has helped me put my husband's family together.

Laurie, I just sent a memorial request that is a mistake. I meant to send one for Allie L. Rapier
but I sent one for her daughter, Flora M. Rapier.
Could you please ignore that one and I will send a request for Allie L. Rapier?
Sorry for the mix up.

Appreciate your kindness for sending her parents and husband info. Thank you very much, KL
