Genealogy has been my back burner hobby since 1978. With work and raising a family time for researching has been rare.

I love the find a grave site. Got a request answered within a week.

Enjoy the e-mails I get from adding a pic for others.

If you find any errors or need to add anything to entries I have made please let me know.

Along the way I have added gravestone info on persons not on my family tree. This because the stone was unique or in danger of being lost forever.

The people who maintain this site are great and are making available much information for us and hopefully future generations.

Grave of Dudley Hopper
I live in Erie, PA and am working on a volume of grave locations for veterans of the Mexican War. I would like your permission to use the picture you posted of Dudley Hopper's grave in this compilation. I will cite you as the source, but I need your name. My e-mail address is rosuar@aol.com.

Thank you.

RE: Maggie L. Lowry
I believe you have to request this from the memorial page, as that will then tell me your contributor number. Glad to help, tho.

Alfred Henry Thompson
I have some additional information about Alfred. His middle name was Henry. He was the son of John and Ann (Jones) Thompson. He was born in Shelby County, Indiana. John died in Missouri in 1881 and Ann died in Saline Co., KS in 1905. Alfred was one of six children.
