Bio Photo My goal is simply to make a photographic record of monuments honoring the lives of our loved ones. If I have posted a photo you find objectionable, let me know what the objection is, and I will remove it. If you have a better shot, let me know and I will cheerfully remove mine. If that's all I have, sometimes I post some pretty bad photos! ;-)
Good hunting to you!

RE: Rex Arnold
Oh I understand regarding nicknames - yeah that's a hard one. So difficult in my research when someone is buried under a nickname, makes searching almost impossible. Yes, Rex married my great aunt in 1922, the marriage was short lived. She was a traveler and couldn't stay still. Rex's parents were Thomas Harold Arnold and Deloris Rose Austin Arnold.

Arnold
Hi Amy, I see my recent edits for Rex Arnold were declined. He was the first husband of my great aunt Thelma G. McClure. I need to correct my information since ours don't seem to match up. Aunt Thelma's life has been a mystery to us as I can't find her next 2 husbands at all. Thelma married Lloyd Harold Arnold whom everyone called Rex on Nov 30, 1922. Thanks for any help you can give!

Arve Peterson
Dear Amy,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the documentation, Arve Peterson was also a member of this unit.

I'm not sure where I'm going with my project. So far, I'm collecting photographs and names. Eventually I want to publish something, but what that will look like, I have no idea at this point. Anyway, should I eventually publish something, would it be permissible to use your photograph of Arve Peterson's grave?

Thank you!

Charles Leroy Perkins
Dear Amy,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the History of the 89th Division, Charles Perkins was a member of this unit. He was severely wounded on 11/5/1918 during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive.

I'm not sure where I'm going with my project, but I know I want to eventually publish something. At this time I'm collecting photographs and names and stumbling across stories along the way. Should I publish something, would it be permissible to use your photograph of the grave of Charles Leroy Perkins?

Thank you!

I think I got it right. Only one came up in Maxwell. Does Myra belong to your family?

George E. Mason
Dear Amy,

I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to the National Directory of the 355th Infantry, George E. Mason was a part of this unit.

I'm not sure where I'm going with my project at this time, but I want to think I'll eventually publish something. So, would it be permissible to use your photograph of the grave of George E. Mason in any future publications? I want to acknowledge my grandfather and his fellow soldiers with America's 100th anniversary in WWI.

Thank you!

With warm regards,

Bryan Anderson
