Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Chicago, Illinois and am working on records for my father's and mother's families primarily.
I enjoy taking photographs of grave sites for photo requests. My priorities are sites with a location provided then by request date. Many places have requests that are several years old. You are welcome to use any of the photos I post as you wish. Requests for photo files or transfers are welcome. Email or use the edit tab on a memorial.

Please provide a location in the cemetery for your photo request. Contacting the cemetery is usually successful at obtaining a location. Info about the presence of a grave marker may also be available and is helpful. Locating unmarked graves can be very difficult.

If you want a photo of mine removed from your memorial, or have higher quality photos than the ones I posted, please feel free to post them, then let me know, and I will remove mine.

RE: Martha Jane Officer Newell 1820-1887.
Good morning Bob. I have put in a request for a headstone photo of Reverend Thomas Marquis Newell 1815-1865. I don't know yet what the relationship is with the Hosick family. I do know that Henry M Hosick purchased six burial plots and there is a Ella M Hosick, Mary N Hosick, Harry Hosick & a Lou Hinkley Hosick (female) buried in those plots. Thank you for all you do for Find A Grave. Have a great day.

Martha Jane Officer Newell 1820-1887.
R Lerch, thank you very much for the great headstone photo of Martha Jane Officer Newell 1820-1887. Your kindness is greatly appreciated. Did you happen to take a photo of Thomas's headstone? I'd love to complete their profile with their headstone photos. Thank you again for your kindness.

RE: Farnsworths
Thanks, Bob, for the adds and also for the photos, if I didn't thank you before. I looked all over that section and could not find the markers. So I'm glad you did.

RE: John Zimmerman photo request
Hi Bob,

That's great that you found the stone and that it's legible! Whenever you can get a good picture of it is fine with me - no hurry. I appreciate your help. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you again!

RE: John Zimmerman photo request
Hi Bob,

Thanks so much for going out to the cemetery! He should have a military marker. There is a "Union Headstone Index" on that shows that a headstone was provided for him. I know sometimes the stones disappear over time or become illegible, but he did have a stone at one time. Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you again!

Thank you so much for the wonderful pictures of the 6 stones. I really appreciate your taking the extra effort to note the location of the stone in relation to the others.
This has helped me fill in some missing information of family members.

Oscar C and Jessie J Fiedler Photos
Thank you so much for the gravestone photos. I just found an obit for Jessie J who died in 1957. It listed her son as "late" Endmund O Fiedler. H e was born in 1908 and apparently died before 1957. Any chance you found his gravestone also? thanks again, harry Miller
